unwanted dialing (anyone else have this issue) - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario General

ive been searching for a thread on this subject, and i havent found precisely the answer to the problem im having. i am unsure of the cause, but every so often, my phone, by itself, tried to call the last number i dialed in rapid succession, dialing and then hanging up and re-dialing. i often have to soft reset or close out everything for it to stop.
any ideas or suggestions on what it could be or what to do to prevent it??

Enable devicelock so the buttons are disabled till you want them enabled.

Voice dialing died :/

Yesterday I started having a strange problem with voice dialing.
When I hold the answer key button to start the application, it automatically double-clicks (this can be heard as well) so I don't even have a chance of saying the voice dial name. Instead, it just puts up an error message and that's it.
Anyone have any idea what could've caused this, or how can I fix it? I have a feeling one of the beta programs that are changing the key functions could be causing it, but I deleted all and can't seem to fix it.

buggy g1 after rooting?

i rooted my g1 a while ago...but lately my phone has been buggy like when i try to answer my phone when someone is calling, the caller id doesnt show up and when i press the talk button i have to press it multiple times before it finally answers. also when i try to change my notification tone whenever i get to the change screen my phone says to force close. any one else experiencing these problems after rooting your phone? is there anything that can be done?
I've experienced some problems with my phone. I found it was primarly because I was using too many applications that ran as services (launchpad, weatherbug, power manager, missed call, etc, etc.) I actually got sick of it and wiped the phone. Since then I only have Weatherbug running as a service and things are much better.
I have had the same problems with answering the phone. I have to press the button multiple times and even then sometimes it never answers. I see the caller ID however.

Phone lock up when incoming call is answered

When phone is in standby:
1. Incoming call
2. I answer - quiet! Time counter go on, but I can't hear caller and caller can't hear me. Push "End Call" button.
3. Screen and keys not respond! Can't be switched off. The whole phone locks up.
4. I have to remove back cover and soft reset!!!
I have Htc Rom 1.66.
Can anybody else report if they have or had this problem?
Did anybody find a solution?
My phone has been in by HTC already 3 times for repair!!! They keep sending it back saying that problem is solved, but it's not!!!
You could be having notification queue issues. Try the solution in the thread "HD2 died- or did it" and see if that works for you.

I don't think its a queue issue because this happens even after a hard reset.
Could it be that some program corrupts Rom so that the problem even happens after Hard reset?
I doubt it. However it is just as likely that you may have installed a piece of software that is, how shall we say, not behaving itself properly.
If I were you I would hard reset (backup your data first) then install your contacts. If you can, use the phone for a day or so without anything else loaded and see what happens.
I would not dismiss the notification queue issue at all. Causes more hassle in winmobile than anything else I know!
Let us know how you get on.

This happens even after a hard reset and no software no contacts no alarms and nothing in calendar.
I know that its not hardware problem because when I make call or if I answer call when not in standby, then phone behaves normally and doesn't lock up.
I had that problem aswell, I´m using a Danish ROM, and had Co0kiemonsters version with 20 quicklinks installed. After I removed that program it worked without any probs.
Remove all programs U have on Your phone or Re install/upgrade that´s faster than removing the progs.
Instal those programs U had before your problems started. and test what might not work with your ROM
locks during call
Mine has started doing the same thing - locking during an incoming call or I can't disconnect after making a call unless I soft resent. The only think I have added recentently is HD2 tweak

Incall Touchscreen Non-Responsive!!!

Hey guys/gals!! Long time reader here (my 8525 is still going strong). I searched the forums and couldn't find anyone else with this problem yet.
When I'm in a call, the touchscreen doesn't always work. Sometimes it will and most of the time it won't. I can hit the home key, and the I can navigate through Sense just fine, but when I go back to the in-call screen none of the touch buttons work (thus no mute, speaker, etc). I thought it might have been one of the BSB Tweaks, but since the problem is intermittent I really have no idea.
I'm trying to narrow it down to see if it only occurs when I use the phone book, but it's also doing it when I receive a call. I can slide to answer just fine, it's only the in call screen that's non-responsive. A soft reset fixes the issue for 1 or maybe 2 calls but then it does it again. Driving me nuts!
Appreciate the help!!
FIXED!
While a search on the forums did not find the answer, I started reading other posts and found "Tap Time" option on BSB Tweaks seems to be the culprit. I just turned it off and so far made/received several calls now with no issue!

bingo! it took me about 20 minutes of messing with BsB to get it to work again. thankfully, i love my phone and wasn't as tempted to throw it out of the window as say my old G1...

When answering call,it is rejected automatically, even when green phone button pressed

When I answer a call, it is rejected automatically, even when I press the green answer button. I'm using an Nexus 4 rooted phone with Cyanogenmod ROM. I've had this rom for a long time but only had this problem for a couple of weeks.
I think it has something to do with call forwarding or other related settings.
Does somebody know how to resolve this or maybe how to set all these settings back to default?
Thank you in advance.
Drastic solution
Due the too many problems missing calls I had to do the drastic solution for me, which was to do a factory reset, just so if someone else has this problem, they know there is some kind of a solution.
