I took the HTC Large Number dialer found in this thread (with smartdial):

Install it, then download the following zip and extract all of the files into the Windows directory overwriting those installed by the HTC Large Number Dialer above.

The Taskmanager on Omnia "annoying" it is opened when the finger slide from the low towards high.
for disable, overwrite the little file same name within /Windows
not worried in the package it is present backup file!

[BOOTANIMATION & SPLASH] HTC with spinning wheel

Here's my first own creation.
I combined and edited two images found in the "Screens of your SPLASH!" thread. So credit (especially for the spinning grears) goes to the creators of the original files ^^
