"xPhone" like Splashscreen

I hadnt found the original one from the xPhone, so i made my own Splashscreen.
After the Installation, your Wizard Splashscreen should look like this:

I have had this startup animation for a while for my touch, but I dont know the filename to overwrite it or the original name or how to resize this gif to the proper size, would somebody mind helping me out please

how can i change only the weatherskin into the origin?

you have to edit htchomesettings.xml, replace the weather tab section with the default/original program lines, copy back all the default weather graphics into \windows folder

Blue Imagio Slider Highlighted Background

If anybody wants the blue sliding background for the selected icon on your TP2 slider, like what is on the imagio, just unzip the attahced file into your \Windows\ directory.
