MWg AtomV Quick Menu v1.0

I found this in MWg's official website, however, it can only be installed on the latest MWg's Atom V.
What a shame that, even for my newly bought MWg Atom Life (not O2 XDA Atom Life) still no luck installing it.
Can someone help bypassing this installation barrier? So more people can enjoy this app.

I've tried "un-cabbing" the cab file because I thought the lock was in the setup only but it is also included in the body of the main exe file. As I don't know how to reverse engineer an exe file and I don't know either which compiler was used to create the program, i am stuck!

someone pls make a fix version for all ppc. it looks very good.

I have managed to get all the files out, and I have the today plugin linked on my today screen, but the actual exe is hardcoded to only install on the AtomV and so I get an error whenever I try to run it...

anyways to repack it to new cab files to install for all ppc?

he said that the exe is hardcoded against the atom v, it can't be re-cabbed to install and run on another device, simple as that.

That's true, but I wonder if I can change the device ID in the registry to trick it into thinking my prophets an AtomV. I would do it now, but I'm adding some finishing touches to my latest ROM and so I can't. But maybe later today I will try.

I think the check it's done on /windows/gbcCELib_Exe.exe or in /windows/gbcCELib.dll (it install these two files). I have viewed these two with hex editor, and it's what I think, but my knowledge is very poor.
The maker of this soft are Brogent, but in this web, nothing to try.
I would try this soft, it resembles pointui+spbmobile shell.
Please, try to bypass the pda model check.

Phone version 3335 - HardSPL doesn't work

Hi All
I posted this information in the HardSPL thread, but I realise that most people won't read that thread again if HardSPL has already worked for them - so I'm posting here in the hope someone might have an idea. I have read the entire HardSPL thread and there is no mention of errors like I am getting:
I tried setting both registry keys mentioned in the original post of the HardSPL thread, and rebooted after applying each.
The first time I ran the batch file, I got a popup on the device, which I approved - but I still get these errors every time I run it.

I have tried from both XP 32bit, and Win7 64bit, with the same error.
I'm no expert with WinMobile, but to me the above error suggests the problem might just be a case of setting a security flag correctly somewhere?

Dude, first of all there are many who have problems with HSPL, if all of them make threads for their problems here it will be a mess. Second if you post it here most of us are not experts and cant help, the only one who can help is the creator, i dont know if he visit the General.
And why in your signature your phone model is T3335, i have never seen those numbers.

Dude, first of all (as mentioned) I have read the entire thread on HardSPL, and there is nobody with these errors. Everyone who has errors with HardSPL that are not these errors, can read that entire thread, and their problems will be solved, but not this problem.
Second of all, I did not post this in General, a moderator has kindly moved it here (as mentioned) even though I thought it was Rom development related?
Third of all, I don't know if this is actually a rom problem, or simply a security problem on the phone. That is why (as mentioned) I posted this as a separate thread.
Fourth of all, my signature says T3335 because that is what my phone model is (as mentioned).
I would appreciate some valid feedback on this issue from anyone who could look at those errors and tell me if it's a problem with the phone or with the spl.

If its not a SPL or ROM problem, what could it be. I have never heard about T3335.

I just flashed my Telecom XT Touch 2 (T3335) ok with this HardSPL.
I had to go and change some registry settings ...go to my device - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - Security - Policies - Policies and edit 00001001 (DWORD2) changed to DWORD1
Works sweet for me now.

I believe the Touch 2 T3335 is the WCDMA 850/2100 MHz variant of the Touch 2.

ATIV S T889M - ROM Needed! Any ROM!

I accidentally flashed all partitions with WOLF's fake rom, which has erased my phone. I can find factory roms for the I8750, but I have the Canadian SGH-T889M.
I just need to flash it with some full rom to get it up and running again - anything. Samsung has no full rom, and I think WOLF took down most of his links. Can someone help me get a copy of a Samsung ATIV S T889M rom? Otherwise, I'm stuck with a brick.

No ROM is leaked for this model. You should go to service center.
There is a safe method to flash customs for carrier models - MBN Creator. I don't know why people still use fakeROMs.

WOLF - You're completely right. I should have used MBN creator. I tried, and it didn't work. I realise now that I probably had to factory reset my phone. If I have to take it to a service center, I may as well just put it in a drawer, because repair costs tend to be crazy, at least in Canada, unfortunately, and I just grabbed an Ativ S NEO on eBay for $200.
Spavlin - Thank you so much for the mobilefileserver link. It's a paid service and it looks super sketchy, but I may sign up. I'll let you know how it goes.

that is a link to a rom where you need to pay for , if you have it on your pc maybe upload it to something NON paid.

- The posted rom is Windows Phone 8.0.
- I used WOLF's MBN creator to make a matching CSC - worked marvellously on my Ativ.

But I changed the country code and the time zone:

Hi, this is my first post. I'm a self-experienced using Android. For year I had no problems with my devices. I had a Motorola G 1st generation who worked fine, but I waste it. Now, I bought ZTE Blade L3. Such as Moto G, Miracast feature is not enable (at least in my stock rom).
I want to know if this device is compatible with that technology (read that works in every phone since 4.2.x).
This phone has Android KK 4.4.4.
Tried to first connect trough WiFi Direct a Miracast Dongle (easycast), but the phone doesn't connect. Then, I tried whith screen cast option, and the same. Finally, I looked forums how to unlock modifying bootloader.ini, just as I had to do Moto G. I added the lines with BuildProp editor after rooting with Kingo Root:
persist.sys.wfd.virtual=0
persis.debug.wfd.enable=1
AAAAAND nothing happens
I need some help, first to know compatibility (wifi drect certification page is down, unfortunately), if there is a ROM that solve this problem (CM maybe?) and if there are other lines that I must add to buildprop.

UPDATE: use #MirrorEnabeler and the message is "Your Rom is lacking the audio_submix file. You must contact your device mantainer and ask them NICELY no imlement it. Please refer to the red part of the original post on XDA-Developers" This going to take long time, so decided to install stock ROM from other country using SP Flash tool, to see if it has the same problem.
UPDATE 2: Stock ROM from other country, same problem. Rooted the phone to make changes using KingRoot. Followed instructions from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/har...experimental-enable-mirroring-device-t2812193 The thread was closed, and will create another thread for dongles (no chromecast)

the product_packages in the device.mk file. (You may not know what it means, but they will.)
So, Asked my mobile company to do the changes, they said "the manufacter must". Contacted ZTE to do what is being said, and ther is still no answer.
Will ask in thread posted after, to see if they can help me. Please let me know if somebody can run Miracasr in his Blade (also did't found another ROM that's not a Stock one)

I´ve trying to contact manufacter to enable the feature, but It is probable that the stock ROM (from my country) is blocking the feature, just for buying an more expensive phone.
There is NO custom Rom yet stable for my rom (MTK device)

Get unlock code for BTV-W09

Hi, I have been reading threads on how to unlock my mediapad 3 (BTV-W09). I wanted to know if anyone with the same model who succefully got his code could tell me how to put the information. I have tryed "BTV-W09", "HUAWEI BTV-W09", etc. with no luck, i always get the msg "Please make sure the information you entered is correct." I have tested firefox, edge, chrome, dolphin, etc.

I've run into the same issue. I don't think it's the correct message. It should say something like "Please notice, we don't provide unlock codes for your device."
I wrote Huawei support and this is the message I got back.

I got the same problem on the unlock web page, and the same email result from Huawei USA.
I finally resorted to paying the $4.49 to DC-Unlocker and successfully unlocked (rooted, installed TWRP, etc.). I *have* read here and there that Huawei requires that you create an account on their site and log into it for some period (I want to say 14 days). I didn't have the patience to try that route, since I wanted to get the device set up and not worry about having to wipe it again in two weeks' time.
[Edit] I did open the special configuration menu (with calculator in landscape mode and a special code I can't remember just now: someting like "()()824579()()="). There, I found a model number "BTV_W09_V2" (note the underscores). Once or twice in my dozens of code-retrieval attempts, this model number gave me a response on the website telling me that my unlock code is "{}". It felt like progress, but was still useless.

Were you guys on EMUI 4 or 5?
I had to downgrade mine to EMUI 4, get the unlock code, unlock it for the first time, adb flash TWRP then upgrade back to EMUI 5, use back the same unlock code to unlock the bootloader again. Once updated to EMUI 5, remember to adb flash TWRP for EMUI 5.

I finally got my unlock code, i wrote an email last week asking for the code on the contact form (http://consumer.huawei.com/en/contact-us/?tag=email). After two or three emails moving me from one department to another, the gave me the code.

Received the same email that says you will brick the device and they don't supply codes, bunch of lies. I also got xposed (think v23) in fine after greatsalon's w09 version of twrp and latest su. Removed the updater and all the other garbage services they use to spy, staying on stock marshmallow for now. Apps used to fly drones like litchi don't work well on nougat but are stable on marshmallow.
