Hi,
I posted about my problems with RIL a long ago. At last i got some hope. I am able to run RIL_SendSimCmd () on my Palm Treo. Unfortunately it returns error 0x80004001 (E_NOTIMPL) ie not implemented on HP iPAQ hw series and Imate JasJar. Please do provide your valuable suggestion of how i can resolve this. Any ideas welcomed. Where / which forum can i get the solution.
Thanks,
Sanal.

Using Belkin BT Access Point with XDAII
Juergen,
I have the same problem - a friend has loaned me the Belkin Bluetooth AP and I cannot get my XDAII to connect.
The problem appears to be that the XDAII bluetooth driver does not support the "LAN Access" profile.
There is a thread regarding this problem on the XDA-developers site. Look at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=14747
I think this requires a bit of work to get it going... I haven't got the courage up to do anything major to my XDA yet!
Cheers,
Lee
Have you tried installing pocket bluetooth tools?
@radiocode
Thanks for your hint, but i´m looking for something really working on my XDAII under WM2003. In your mentioned thread is too much hacking for me!
@guest
Can you give me more information?
Dear everyone,
I thought that the chip used for bluetooth in the S100 is a CSR chip. On their site they claim they have their own stack for this chip and this would support all mayor profiles.
http://www.csr.com/development/bchs.htm
Athough it seems to be a stack for developers they also have a full stack for windows mobile:
Ready to-use solutions
In addition to the portable solution, CSR offers ready-to-use software for the following platforms:
Linux
Symbian OS
Win CE
Click to collapse
Does anybody know where to get this stack or how to contact them? I have emailed them a few days ago but so far no answer yet.
further diging
ok, digging some deeper i found out that the stack they have is called "bluecore-pda-ce". Googling on it i found a pdf describing the stack but still cant seem to find a clue to where it can be downloaded.
http://www.csrsupport.com/download/288/BlueCore PDA datasheet (bcpda-ds-001Pa).pdf
i have the same guess
so,any new progress?
Hi!
Has anyone tried it?
Tried the gpssample in the wm5 ppc sdk and it runs perfectly on a WM5 Qtek 2020 and 9090 but when I try to run it on a released i-Mate Jasjar it throws a zerodivision exception.
I can fix the exception but it still would get me the wrong cordinates. The GPS configuration is by default hidden in the latest jasjar os release by unknown reasons, perhaps not unknown for the people who hid it
Any feedback would be appreciated, or if anyone has another free gps api alternative.
Cheers!
This subject is spread out in various forums (Kaiser, Trinity, ...) so I suggest to put it all together here.
Is it possible to migrate the WM6 Kaiser Quick GPS quick fix program to the Trinity ?
I found some who did it with the Kaiser WM6 Italian version, however, they didn't get it to work, certainly requires more registry tweeks.
Any ideas anyone?
And yes, everybody knows that the p3300 version quickfix will not work, because it's for Sirf III only. That's why we're looking at Kaiser, even if it's not exactly the same qualcom chip.
yeah i wish we could get this program working on the trinity too!
