how do i change the german rom in an english one?

hello i just bougt a phone on eby germany...
i really need a german rom;
i d/l the version of xda-developpers -Ser v12
how do i install this on my pda?
do i just connect the pda and unzip the file ...
will it change my language...
please help//

I used a self extracting rom which ill e-mail you if you want as i dont have an ftp , you need to put you xda2 into to the cradle and run the file leave for 1/2 hour ish then hard reset

That won´t work, cause he has an "old" XDA and not the new XDA2...
The better way for him is reading a little bit in this forum. This question had been answered a few times. Also there is much about flashing the device. ROM´s can be found on some pages, edonkey, kitchen, ... many links in this forum.

How to make cab file with network settings?

Hello.
In official wizard there is no settings for my country. Can someone make cab with settings? Or tell me how to do it?
There is allready topic with wizard for network settings, with 3rd party SW, but progie isn't available for download, that's why i wrote new post.

[HELP]YOTA Dialer OEM and Compatibility with wm6.5

hi guys.
1st. Need help. couldnt find any solution anywhere.
how can i cook yota dialer in the rom. am using viisual kitchen and when i flash the rom with cooked yota dialer, there is no network and the dialer doesnt even launch.
how to solve it. i know there are negatives to yota dialer but still i like it and i hate installing cab when i know cooking.

2nd. this dialer has one issue with wm6.5, i.e when phone is locked, and there ia an incoming call, the phone vibrates but i donot see the dialer nor the lockscreen dialer, all i see is the normal lock screen. so i have to unlock the lock screen and i see the yota dialeer showing an incoming call.
the thing is that its hidden behind the lock screen.
when when i use classic lockscreen, the yota dialer shows up on incoming call.
that means thhe wm6.5 lockscreen incoming dialer is disabled by yota dialer, but not the lock screen, during the call.
so hopefully a registry to solve this issue?
i mean just disabling the lock screen during a call
3rd. whenever yota dialer is active, an active contacts icon appears in the taskbar, how to remove or hide this??

first you have to convert che cab in package using the cab2oem ,and then import in the kitchen. you can download the file below.
for the second issue...i can't help you, because i use s2su and i don't have the problem
and for the third issue i don't know,i don't have this kind of problem......

i use ervius package tool. i think it does the same work as cab2oem. the problem is not of creating the oem, but it is or cooking the oem and nothing working after that.

yes i know is same, but i don't understand why, with this program is working.
i can tell you this, because i had the same problem and i solved like this.
i'm using in my rom....unfortunaly i'm not home so i can't send you the package for the kitchen.....if you don't want give a try, i will send you the package tonight

i already have manila 2.1 on my rom
i installed this cab then soft reset then nothing new
i tried to find any activation for this 2.5 tf3d in today or settings but i couldnt find any thing ,,,
so any one plz help ,

You just need to edit HKCU/MUI/Curlang to your country code. (credits to [email protected] thanks for info)

this is working properly... install the cab then soft reset, edit HKCU/MUI/Curlang to your country code another soft reset and bingo your manila 2.5 with your language

Yes Musezicos is right, but with a rom manila 2.5 of course

vga / wvga? does this work natively on the diamond? how are the albums showing?

Hello, I tried a lot to change the language of my WM ELF 0100 from Spanish to English? Help me please.

GOTO start-->setting(Above last one)-->choose second tab on below--->then scroll down you can fing Globe icon open that.
Then you can choose your language as per your Wish

You can Find many cooked Rom In this Forum dude So you can Download and Update..
