WLAN on /off button - P3600 General

I've searched but I couldn't find a proper answer.
I am looking for a button to turn WLAN on and off for my M700.
At the moment, I have to click on:
comm manager > WLAN to turn WLAN on or off.
But is there a button to turn on or off?

Where is my GPRS Connection?? Disappeared...

Hello all
You all know that once we set our GPRS connection in our PPC's then it appears when we press the G button on the top of our Pocket PC's. If we want to turn it on manually we press the underlined link with its name and it connects OK? ok.
I have made the same settings in my qtek 9000, I have a valid GPRS Connection in my Internet Connection Settings that works. Even Pocket IE uses it to connect to the Internet.
But when I am in my Today Screen and just want to set it on, I press the G button and my connection is not there. So I cannot manually turn it on, unless I go to Connection - Settings and Choose Connect etc...
All I want is a way to make my GPRS Conenction appear when I press the G button Is there a registry way around it? Thank you all...
P.S. I know about the permanent GPRS on hack, but it wont do me any good. I have a limit of 40MB a month so I want to choose when to use it.

Problems with wifi configuration

Hi,
I have a wifi conection at home. I will try to explain this as clear as possible:
1) I turn on the Wizard. (OFF -> ON) Not from Sleep mode.
2) Configure the wifi conection: "SDIO WLAN Wireless Adapter". I put the parameters MANUALLY: IP, DNS, PROXY ...
3) I turn ON the wifi thru the comm manager. 10 secs later it has connected my home wifi.
4) I open IE and no problem. I can surf ok the web!!!
Then I go to a friend's house. He also has wifi conexion , so I manage to connect an check the mail.
So, he doesn't have the same settings as I do at home. I do this:
1) Configure the wifi conection: "SDIO WLAN Wireless Adapter". I put the parameters to DHCP or MANUALLY again but with another IP (my friends wifi settings)
2) When I click OK a message prompts saying something like "This changes will have effect the next time you plug out and in the device" ... but I can't plug out the SDIO WLAN Wireless Adapter ...
3) No matters. I try. I go again to the comm manager and turn on the wifi.
4) I can see my friends network, so I connect to it. It has established the connection without problems.
5) I open IE and ... it doesn't show me google!!! I try again ... nothing.
So ... I can't plug in and out the Wireless Adapter, what can I do? Let's try to turn off the wizard and turn it on again ...
I turn it off (not sleep mode) and the on again.
I DON'T touch the configuration and go directly to the comm manager and turn on the wifi. I wait a few seconds and now I go to the IE and check if I can connect to google ... and I CAN!!!
What the hell is going on?? Is there any other way to change the settings and don't have to turn off and on the wizard to take effect...???
Thanks for the help!!

WiFi Disconnects

Hi;
I think I know the answer but I`ll ask anyway.
When I`m connected to my Wifi network if I`m not atcually using the device it disconnects and I have to re-establish the connection.
Is this an auto power saving function, Wireless LAN Settings has a Power Mode Tab that I have adjusted to midway, there is also a tick in the "Auto Turn Off WLAN if not connected, Iv`e set it to 5 minutes, I suppose this is why its disconnecting.
If I remove the tick will I only disconnect if I go into COMM MANAGER and de-select WiFi?

Wifi Button gone

Hello,
I have an HTC Touch with WM6. I played a little bit around with it and installed some Wifi software like PeekPocket, Devicescape and WeFi. As I did not like WeFi and Devicescape I deinstalled them again.
Now my WiFi Button in the settings/connections tab is gone and I cannot connect to any network. I can turn the WiFi on and can use PeekPocket to scan for networks in my area but I cannot connect to them and the device is not automatically connecting to any free networks.
The Wireless Lan button is still there but does not help me with this issue.
I would like to check if all WiFi functionality was deinstalled but I don't know where to find the executables. In the Windows folder there seem to be none of them, so does anyone know what files are needed for the WiFi on WM6 or how I could get this button back?
Thx in advance.

I´ve heard, with SKTools you can add a disconnect button to the connection-balloontip even in the trial mode.
use NO DATA. its a small app try to search it
Hi
You can get the disconnect button and timer back as follows:
HKLM\ControlPanel\Phone
create new dword value "Flags2"
value=8 show disconnect button
value=16 show disconnect button and connection time
NoData will completely disable your data connections so the phone cant connect (handy when abroard): http://www.modaco.com/content/pocket-pc-software/246171/new-free-utility-nodata/
I thought NODATA is for permanently setting GPRS off?
