Hi there!
I'm wondering if its possible to COMPLETELY backup my personalized Windows Mobile / TF3D as ROM Dump and easily flash it back everytime when i break something?

Click to collapse
Hmmm backup AND restore would take much longer this way.
Not to mention that you risk f...... up your phone, and ending up with yet another brick for your house.
Cook a ROM containing what you want, if this is what you prefer. Plenty of help for ROM cooking in the Rom development section.
Thanks in advice, but i think my skills in this field are too low even to cook my own personal rom.
Hi all,
I've now reached a stable version of ROM and of interface, but I would like to test some other roms or interfaces.
There is a way to dump my actual rom with all the datas so I can restore it if I do something wrong?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I used to do this to my eXperia X1. Is this guide applicable to backup our TMOUS HD2?
I'm referring to this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=462926
yea that will dump your rom, (you would probably be better using ervius kitchen to rebuild the raw files)
but
it will dump the clean rom, not your settings and stuff. It will dump only teh rom as it is after a hard reset. You can't back up an active rom in the sense you want, using rom dumping.
You COULD dump the rom, rebuild it, and also take a full backup of your currect system, and keep the two together,
but in all honesty, its an accademic job when you can download the real rom. Those dump guides are great when there arent any stock roms, but we have all our roms released, so no need for dumps.
Oh and as far as i am aware, a rom dumped in this way would still need hspl to install.
Hello Everybody i've got a question,

Hi
Yes it is possible, you have to DUMP you original ROM at first and save it on you computer, you get 4 files from you ROM.ROM Dumping is already explaind in the (WIKI)you have to convert this 4 files to one NBH file after that you can cook it to you phone again. You have to apologise me, to explain everything again, it is explained in the Wiki,be aware it is not that easy, but doable
Hi, I know how to create a stock rom and that things need to do?
