Release install of TouchFlo 3D on HTC Cruise

Hi,
Nice title isn't it ?
In fact I'm searching (hard) for a release install of the Touch3D interface for the HTC Cruise.
I have read and read and read many threads talking about the 3D drivers, the manilla 2D, hard-spl and so on... Didn't understood...
It was pages of post from developpers to developpers.
So I didn't even found a procedure telling how to install Touch3D on the cruise. A procedure for dummies I mean, i.e. step 1, step 2, step 3, etc...
I have seen on youtube videos showing the Touch3D on a Cruise... so it may be possible ! But how ???
Would it be possile to have a thread for "release" versions, containing info on the last stable and operationnal version, and a thread for "dev" versions, where geek and developpers explore, try, search, install, uninstall version ?
At the moment, I have installed Windows Mobile 6.1 on my Cruise : great success (there were only on exe to run !).
I'm really intersted by the touch 3D interface which hides WM6 more (because WM6 is not for mobile phones : I don't know who do it by Microsoft, but he should has never used it ! He might use an iphone !!!!)
And last, a request for a french version...

I have seen this thread... but it doesn't let me thinking it was touch3D.
I tried to install it : nothing changed on the pda, except it was slower...
So it reinstall WM6.1...

Did you install new drivers 3D ???
Otherwise it doesn't work, mine is ok, one of the videos you saw is mine.

I have downloaded the m-Amine 2.0 RTM SP3.
Run the RUU.... and the process starts, the RVB screen appears on the Cruise.
0% : it stays at 0%...
I don't know why.
The WM6.1 RUU works fine. But the RTM stays as 0% although the process seems to be similar to the WM6.1 RUU.
I 'm searching (hard : in those billions posts without any stard nor end !) to solve it
I will keep you informed.

Step 1 keeps failing, When I enter BootLoader.exe, I get the message SPLJump has stopped working. Got to Love Vista ... Cannot get this to work. Any Advice here? I tried 3 different versions and no luck. Any advice ...

Be careful!!
M-Amine 2.0 is a ROM which includes Manila2D, similar to touchflo 3d with the difference that is, of course, in 2d!! So it's not touchflo3d, anyways it seems like the development of TF3D for polaris stopped

I got this to work, and I truly love it. Now the question is, how do I get my TomTom back. I am sure one of of you has found a way to extract TomTom from the original HTC Touch Cruise and made us able to put it back onto the HTC Touch Cruise with the reall cool Touch 3G interface. Anybody know how to do that? Please give me some step by step instructions as to how I will get this done.

How to Flash
YOU HAVE TO Hard spl ypur Opal before.
Opal Hard-SPL
1.Connect your Opal with ActiveSync.
2.Double click CustomRUU.exe and follow the screen.
If you can't connect via ActiveSync , enter bootloader mode and flash instead.
Hold volume down + Action button + Soft reset , release the stylus only.
If you see the color screen , release the volume down + Action button.
Double click CustomRUU.exe to flash.

WWE , but Thai customized.
You can use as normal WWE , only set Regional setting to your location.

java does not work on this side try to install jar files using jblend and no go, they get installed but wont run

There was a trojan (Name of trojan DRP-BAT.SAA) detected attached with the file. My antimalware detected it and separated from file. During installation I got a message that the image file is corrupted. What could be the reason? That trojan which was removed???????

No, It's not. It's the upgrade ROM. Please read carefully and follow these steps from HTC instructions before install as follow:

ROM version: 1.27.707.1 WWE ROM date: 09/23/08 Radio Version : 4.1.13.66_03.29.90 * You can check device ROM version from Start -> Setting -> System -> Device Information -> Version.
Installation Instructions:

1. Update the startup page of Opera in the internet tab
2. Fix Macau CTM weather update query(for Hong Kong only).
IMPORTANT! - please read these instructions carefully before updating your device
1. VERY IMPORTANT! - All files and software on the device will be lost after the update. Please ensure a copy of your important files is backed-up somewhere else.
2. Download the .exe file.
3. The ROM Code can only be updated on HTC Touch Viva English Version Device

thanks dude really liked the link my battery is back your info gave life to my battery now i dont even remember when i last charge with previous version i had to recharge every 6 hours

it's in program list after flashing the ROM.
it take about 15min to install and many restart!!!!
but
it turn everything in Arabic language

but after first restart and entering to the bootloader ( colored skin appeared) the htc logo and the bar below it appear but there is not progress to flash and a message displayed on my laptop screen " this phone cannot update by file from other ... " [ or like this conception] . then restart my mobile. i cannot update my mobile by this arabic rom . i try this file " DFT_SSPL_MINI " by extracting the nbh file from first file but the same error occured ! bad bad bad !
my htc hd mini is " east europe " . i think need to change my serial number to middle east but i don't know how ?

connect your phone with active sync and run the rom update with SSPL.
first you will get error when it enter the 3 colors screen... don't worry... wait for the USB to appear down of the 3 color screen and re-run the SSPL and follow the instructions

and I get my device from middle east
and now I don't know what to do or where can I download the new rom

You have to extract the rom with WINZIP or WINRAR
and use SSPL methode.... HERE:

or you may keep your "east europe" rom and do the following:
search google for "التعريب الكامل والجزئي لل HTC HD mini"
open the first link
apply the method mentioned in the website

[Q] How to upgrade from WM 6.1 to WM 6.5.3

Hi All,
Can someone help me upgrade my HTC Touch Viva (Opal T2223) from Windows Mobile 6.1 to Windows Mobile 6.5.3?
I've no knowledge of flashing however I am reading articles given in this forms: Click Here and will definitely be able to do it.
I am just tired of Windows 6.1 as it is very slow and hanging many times and consume too much battery.

first of all you must hard -spl your device
here is complete instruction:

device must be connected to pc in sync mode

It's done, thanks a ton brother.
However the phone has a very slow startup now. Hope this would be resolved after a few boots...
