Hi,
I have the official ROM update from the HTC site installed, and after this update my phone doesn't call anymore.
My phone functionality is offline, and if i slide the function to on, i won't do anyhting.
Is here a simple solution for?

You may find that the official new release is based on a 1.56 rom and your original one wasn't. Do you also get 'green screen' issues?
If this is the case you'll need to follow cRaCKwHoRe's guide or alternatively follow guide in wiki. Both can be found in my signature

There is a market icon in your phone, you go in there, search apps, download and install.
Normally I check the comments first before I install it.
Pls take time to read some of the stuff in the forum.

Read the Wiki please it explains everything. You should check what SPL you have first, before trying to install a new ROM.

This ROM is a bit older than 1.57.728.02, but after a few days of testing, I found out that its far more stable than the newer one (1.57.728)

rename the .exe to .zip and extract
then you will find your .nbh's
one is RUU_signed.nbh and the other is SPL_signed.nbh
Sorry what i mean is from my hd 7 already found RUU and the ROM it's in the bootloader right?so how do we extract it from our device and convert it to custom like ansar ,cotulla and the rest.Seems interesting to hack or develop like them.

you can't get a rom from a wp7 phone (like you could with wm phones)
I also still don't understand what you want , al the rom's ansar has are just stock rom's.
as I see ansar only replace imfgs.bin from other stock roms so that you have different radio/spl
the only stock roms that can be modded as of now are pre/nodo roms (we have no tools to mod mango roms)
thats way ansar rom's need to be updated to mango AFTER flash.
actually i was thinking how do they create the custom rom that's all.

I wanna flash my lg swift with 2.3.2. But I don't know how to? All I know is that I need to get a rom with fastboot enabled and then I must install recovery and then I flash. But how I do all this? Is there a tutorial some where that explains me how to do it? I searched everywhere.
Phone. Lg gt540 rooted and has android 2.1 v20b

There are plenty of threads already explaining this. You need KDZ updater. The 2.1 ROM with fastboot. After you flash these with KDZ updater you will have a fastboot enabled ROM. Make sure your battery is FULLY charged before doing any o this or your indicator will get screwed...like mine. The you use fastboot to flash the ROM via ADB. That's the basics, now go look on the forums for more detailed descriptions as they are there.

I don't know if there is any specific instructions on here for HURUpdater ( someone else might require it )
I had some trouble finding much information on what to do with HURUpdater ( I eventually figured it out )

Pro teammt ru firmware database, you need to find a full ota and download all 3 files. And then follow the instructions in the hurupdater thread.
