o2 xd2 doesnt boot

hi guys i need some help please,
i have a o2 xda2 which doesnt boot, when you start it says "No Gsm"
and 1.72.00WE,
then the screen just stays there,
do i need to upgrade the firmware? if so can someone please point me to the right direction, where to get the files and instructions, as i am a newbie

hi guys
i've got the HTC magician it was working fine but suddenly it turned off then every time i try to turn it on i cant enter the windows it stucks in the boot screen " the blue " with i-mate logo and the version below??
the problem is that i cant even setup a new ROM as i cant connect it to the PC, i am stucked in the bootloader screeen~~~~~~~~~~~
any idea???

after i update my ROM.. screen HP logo that showing BL version is run normally but when going to startup screen (windows logo) the screen become flicker.. n then i trying to reflasing but i found notice: update error! pls check!
the screen flicker also..
i already to hard reset, restart my phone but the result is still same, the screen still flicker...
please help me..

PLZ Help ME PlZ my phone goes to the BOOTLOADER and nothing else happens i cant flash a ROM neither i can use my phn if i press the power button my phn doesnt power on i have to kep the camera button pressed and then press the reset button so i get the boot loader screen if i try the hard reset i.e press the reset button while holding the calling key/END ket its goes to the "smart mobility" screen and nothin happens . . .i have IPL 3.14.0002 and SPL 3.14.cmon on the bootloader screen and USB on the left bottom corner. ..guys plz help Plzzzzzz. . ..while i try to flash a new rom i get a "ERROR 322". .. .. .can u plz help
i also tried diffrent diffrent USPL but it doesnt work even flashing ROM anything i try to do it goes to 2% and i get an Error and the phone goes off

i am too having the same problem when i press the power button the screen displays "smart mobility " and nothing and get switched off again else plz help me or tell me how to reset or any other trick to make my mobile come alive

battery is in a good condition

please help me one more thing when i am trying to boot from a sd card it shows invalid certificate plz help me

hi but u have mentioned SPL 3.14 in ur earlier post??.2.28.00 means ur phone may be locked.and u cannot flash other custom Roms,check this link u may get help http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=406721
battery condition means wheather the battery is charged more than 50% ??

try installin hard spl 3.10 and after that install onyx rom.

"caps" means capital letters... used in forums for "shouting"... and not very convenient
