Hi my phones sound has gone. I cant use phonespeaker and Microphone during a phone conversation. There is no sound from speakers when media playing and notifications, warnings. The interesting thing is its ringing when an incoming call comes. I can use the headset without a problem. Also bluetooth headset is working. I wrote to O2 support and they suggested me to do hard reset. But I had allready done it seveeral times and I upgraded my rom. Finally they told me to send it to Honk Kong. I am living in Turkey and its not a good idea. Can anyone help me? I will appriciate

Finally recieved my ATOM EXEC and must say I am impressed with this product, however I am wanting to know if anyone has tried to make or recieve any calls without using the Bluetooth Headset, or the wired headset. My problem is, that People can hear me but I cannot hear anyone through the phones internal speaker. However it will work on all forms of hands free. Can someone with an Atom exec, please confirm if they have this problem or not.
yes, the speakerphone on the Atom needs to be louder. At max volume, it's still relatively soft. Hopefully, there's some kind of fix

Hi thanks for your reply, I actually mean the speaker inside the earpiece when you hold your pda upto your ear, there is no sound whatso ever, and when I do an audio loop back test it does not work at all. How about yours?
yes, i was talking about the earpiece and it's really soft. Although my is working fine though....
for my atom exec, it works fine for phone call. No problem in any call(all in speaker phone and in bluetooth headset). I can hear sound of caller and caller can hear my sound. However, i've found problems when i use bluetooth headset to catch phone. It sounds hissing after i press accept call from bluetooth headset for a second then phone is normally.
My CHT version works fine, no such problem.

Atom Exec LCD still squeals like crazy same as standard Atom anyone else have same problem?
On my HTC TyTn when I use my motorola ht820 they work great for music and phone calles but when I receive a call while using them my tytn wont ring out the loudspeaker of the phone it just rings through the motorola head set, how can I change this so the phone knows to route the ringtone to the phone and the headset? I have all through the reg to find something.

Ditto. For some reason when I first connected my headset it rang through the phone as well, but now that is no longer the case and I cannot figure out how to get that functionality back. Any tips anyone?

when i connect my bluetooth headset my x1 wont ring anymore. it vibrates and rings through the earpiece but not outloud.
i dont wear the earpiece until i get a call as i find it uncomfortable so i get a lot of missed calls.
i have looked through the settings but must be missing somthing can anyone help me?

never heard about any bluetooth able phone being to direct audio to a headset while still playing it out it's speaker
people seem to use the headset to save other people from ringning apart from the handsfree thing

what i mean is i want the X1 TO ring as normal so i know someone is ringing,
at the mo i have a bluetooth earpiece and when someone calls, my X1 is silent and the ringtone is played through the earpiece.
as i dont wear the earpiece until i recieve a call due to comfort i miss many calls when im in the car.
im sure it never done this in R1A but not certain
It should normally ring...my phone and bluetooth both rings at the same time....may be goto bluetooth select the device and only keep a check on handsfree option....
well after updating to R3A the problem is now resolved.

from one week during calls phone speaker doesn't work, but using earphones or enabling handfree works fine.
I checked that speaker works because audio tone realtive at call disconnection or no permitted calls is audible. It seams that when phone switch to the carrier network audio go to mute
Someone know this problem?

I have 2 Jabra headsets, an Extreme and a Stone. Both have the same problem.
Whenever there's an incoming call, I push the talk button on the bluetooth headset, sometimes, the call is connected to the headset, sometimes its not. if its not, i have to tap on the screen to take the call. its intermittent and frustrating.
anyone has a solution to this?

I have a Jabra BT8040 and I don't have any probs at all.
Its must be something in the ROM what u using. Try different ROM it may help.
