Hi.
I ve setup direct push using mail2web.com. Everything works nice but, many times, when the device is suspended and I press the power button to wake up it I can see "today panel" but all is blocked. If i tap the screen or press a button nothing happens during 10 seconds. After this time all works fine. Any idea?
Thanks

I'm running Black 3.01, and the only way I can bring the device out of STANDY is with the power button. My KeyLock is set to "Lock buttons if device is locked." The device is NOT locked, just in standby, and the only button that can get it to wake up is a quick-push of the Power-Button.
I thought there was an app that said you could push ANY button to bring it out, but I can't find that on WM6 Black 3.01.
Thanks!
I asked this same question long ago with no real answer, i hate the small power button and its just to hard to find... If the power button could be relocated to the PTT that would make this phone awesome...

Hello.
My solution to this problem is to use MortSaver. It can be configured:
one press on (a specified) button sends the phone to standby
two presses on (a specified) button bring the phone back
one press on (a specified) button show the time, missed calls, mms/sms, battery and phone signal
I've assigned it to the upper right (Internet Explorer) button and it does the job well.
Best regards!

Not sure if this helps, but a friend of mine broke his power button, and now wakes his device up by ejecting and re-inseting his memory card.
I am looking for a program that will lock the keys after a certain amount of time. I used to have one for my 6700 but it doesnt work on the Mogul.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Locking keys automatically
On my alltel ppc6800 I just went to the Start/Settings/Power. On the Advanced tab I checked the Turn Off device if not used for X minutes. I set mine for 4 minutes. Click OK and then goto Start/settings/Key Lock and select Lock all buttons except power button and click OK. Now when your device shuts down after you don't use it for a while it automatically locks all keys except the power button.
My DHD Home & Search buttons, and occasionally the back button also, stop working after a while. Sometimes its only a few minutes after a soft reset, other times it may take an hour or so before it happens.
With the Home button, the screen just flashes when I press it but nothing happens - it doesn't go Home. With the Search button, nothing happens at all.
When I soft reset the DHD the buttons then return to normal for a while, but I've been unable to determine what causes it. I've run virus checks, and they are ok.
It doesn't affect the Menu button.
Any ideas?
Hi All,
I have a Touch Diamond 2 with WM6.5 and have a problem.
A few weeks ago the camera stopped working (unable to get the camera to load via any shortcut button, or by the photo album or by the camera app).
At the same time the power off doesn't work - the sleep button works but when you depress the button for the usual 2 seconds to get the 'do you want to power off Yes/No' it never occurs no matter how long I press
In addition I used to have the home button to keylock the phone after depressing it for 2 seconds, that no longer works too.
1 more thing, when txt'ing and entering the recipient's name, usually when you type in 'St' it predicts 'Steven' from you contact list. It no longer does this either, I have to manually go to the contact list to add a recipient.
All three happened at the same time.
Any suggestions without doing a hard reset? I've tried a soft reset (pressing the button near the stylus slot) with no luck. Also tried disconnecting the battery and reloading.
Thanks

mine did that for a while. but it hasn't been doing that for a while now..
I find that whenever I change anything on the lock screen - widgets, backgrounds, app shortcuts - it'll take a bit longer to turn on after I press the power button the next few times. This is especially true when I use a live wallpaper on the lockscreen.
