Even now with the current specifications, we don't have 8 hours talk with 1GHz & 1200 mAH

With more intelligent processor scaling who knows what's possible. Maybe it drops way down and shuts the screen off while talking. A near hibernation mode with only essentials running.

Who cares about the specs... I think HTC should just focus on getting the basics right first, such as building a device that is stable, relatively bug free and can handle the most fundamental phone functions, such as sending SMS properly. Then perhaps they could impress a bit and these specs would start to sound attractive...

This is just a rumour created by someone with an imaginative mind which a number of people have latched onto. A number of other threads have also been created

why does it have to be nvidia?
you can get a radeon hd 7770....which would be better than the nvidia counterpart in the same price range.
might also wanna upgrade your powersupply to a 450 watt or something.
