Hi, I'm trying to make a czech localization for MDA Vario, but I don't know how to translate some items in Start -> Settings (Backlight, Clear Storage, Device Information, Microphone AGC, Power, CSD Line Type, GPRS Setting). I've translated shelres.dll.0405.mui, backlight.exe.0405.mui and other mui files, but names of these items are still in English. Does anybody know how to translate it?

Hi
I did have MMS working the other day (the iMate settings aren't right) but I managed to break all my connections installing a reg file the other day...
So. Can someone with a T Mobile (UK) MDA Pro kindly post on here the full MMS settings. I need:
1) the full list of settings from the screen when you're in MMS, and you hit Menu-> MMS Configuration (including the name of the connection in the servers tab AND when you edit that connection, the name of the object in the "Connect Via" box
2) the details of the object in the "Connect Via" box (specifically the username and password)
I desparately need to get this working again!
30 responses, and nobody can be bothered to check their settings and post them? Or am I to believe everyone else's MMS is broken too?
Thanks a lot...
It's in one or both of these cabs I think -from my ExtROM
Thanks a lot

In Windows Mobile, would anyone know how to configure "+" in phone contacts to translate to specific international direct dial access code?

Click to collapse
That is done automatically, you don't need to configure anything.
If you have special needs (some dialling prefix etc), you can try Start->Settings->Connections->Connections->Extended->Dialling Rules (translated from a German TyTN, so the names on your device will probably be a bit different. "Extended" is simply the right tab; I have a feeling that on an English device its name may be completely different )
Cheers
Daniel
Thanks.
Yes I do need to dial the prefix provided by a long distance service which is cheaper than default IDD service of my mobile company.
I have tried but somehow it didn't work. I will do further research I think I may not have configured the dialling rules correctly.

Now that I know you can stop customizations be just doing a soft reset before they happen, I'm trying to pick and choose what cabs I want to install from the T-Mobile extended rom so that I just get mms to work properly (don't want too much customization). I thought I had it down to the four I needed, but I still get the problem that after a soft boot, mms no longer shows up in pocket outlook setup. Can anyone help on this? Below are the cabs I'm installing in the same order as the config.txt has them in.
MP_Customization_TMOUSA_Wizard(AKU2.x)_060615_noJa va.CAB (58KB) Configures ArcSoft MMS
MP-Shorcut-MMS1-Voice-CV-TMUS-060404.CAB (72KB) Adds MMS Inbox, Voice Tag control panel, Voice Dialing startup shortcut, ClearVue PDF shortcut, MIDlet Manager shortcut, Voice Speed Dial shortcut.
P_Generic_Conn_Settings.CAB (7KB) won't install for me; sets GPRS, MMS registry settings for T-Mobile
P_Other_Conn_Settings.CAB (4KB) GPRS, SMS registry settings
Hello, my problem is as follows:
before I had a QTEK 9100 with WM2005 and the corporate intranet connection was OK.
The menu was the setting GPRS connections in PAP.
Now I have a CECT M88 with WM6 but can not connect.
I can not find the GPRS settings and I can not set the communication in PAP.
Perhaps a smaller version of WM6 I do not know.
You can change this setting by editing the registry keys?
There is an external program that I can aitare.
I have to change firmware.
Thanks!
