I have a problem with my Tytn. The Bluetooth disconnect by it self. I need to go to comm manager to connect again. It happens usually if I switch the phone to vibration from the comm manager and back on again. is this a bug and is there a solution.

Will this only turn on/off Bluetooth with an incoming call?
I want it to turn on/off Bluetooth for any situation when I stop/start something that needs it.
For example if BT is off, and I start ActiveSync on the XDA, BT starts automatically. But when I close AS, BT stays on.
I was hoping something like DKToday would help with this, but it only seems to work for calls.
tap the bluetooth icon and it turns bluetooth of, at least it does for me.
Hi!
I use BTHTools with my Himalaya for automatic switching of BT on/off.
It turns the BT ON if necessary (ex. incoming/outgoing calls), and turns it OFF when done. Good for saving battery.
Works also for other BT use, such as BT GPS, BT via Activesync, BT file transfers, etc., turns BT ON, keep it connected and automatically turns OFF for about one minute after connectivity is lost/ended.
However, it does NOT work with my Hermes.
Is there a similar application for Hermes? Moreover, it would be great if it would also automatically control NOT ONLY bluetooth but WIFI, GPRS and other connections as well. Similar to comm manager but automatic/timed.
Thanks.
Hi,
Has anyone noticed that when battery is low, device automatically turns off Bluetooth? It happened two times to me and each time I had to go to the COMM Manager and check the Bluetooth icon on again
Cheers,
John
Hi,
I have a problem in may rom: When I turn ON the Bluetooth, the pda automatically activate also the IR port.
I found the problem using ActiveSync via BT. After the connection, when I open CommManager to turn off the BT I always found that IR port are ON.
The same problem if I manually turn on the BT through the Comm Manager.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot
How can you set the HD2 bluetooth to automatically reconnect to the last connected audio device if a disconnect happens ?
For instance if you move away from the bluetooth device too far and it disconnects, and then you come back close - automatic reconnect does not happen.
The iPhone automatically reconnects when you are back in proximity.
This is important for the car kit.
Thanks
Using H710 bluetooth headset and the same question. I set the phone down, get 10 feet away, come back and have to do the sync all over again. I should be able to just come back into range and have it reconnect. Also, if I've sync'd it once, all I should have to do is turn on the headset and have it reconnect.
you should be able to press the call button and or play button and it should automatically connect, failing that turn off and then back on your headset should connect to the last device.is your phone swithed to always discoverable.
