My screen is damaged for xda exec.
I bought new screen can any one help me in letting replace the lcd of xda exec.some one told me it can be done easily.
How much did u pick your screen up for and where from?
Bought it from ebay at 112GBP.
if you search on ebay for lcd screen you will get it "totalviews".

it appears no one is that dumb to wreck their 1000$ XDA II,
i have a second hand xda as have just upgrade to xda2i, but my old xda works so was going to sell on well known auction website for £200, but would sell to you and avoid their fees, assuming i receive payment first!

It is in there now for $60 serial port repair! :lol:

i dropped the phone and crack the lcd. Anyone know where the cheapest place to get a replacement is in london?
Does anyone know where to get spare parts in Germany for the O2 Version of the HTC Polaris ? I need the front display touch window as mine has scratched by accident.
I cannot use the Polaris one as the XDA seem to have a different shape. I asked at HTC and they told me that only O2 is reponsible for the XDA devices. XDA charges a lot for their service and I was told that O2 does not sell any spare parts.

Got it on ebay for my phone which turned out it had more problems than just the LCD. So, i got stuck with a new LCD and a broken phone.

i am going to replace the broken display on my legend.
i am not shure if i can make a mistake, ordering a display in hongkong via ebay.
what do i have to look for?
is there a difference between amoled and lcd displays?
can i be trickt into a wrong resulution?
if it says legend display is it automaticly the same produkt?

I would find a repair shop who can replace the screen for you. It'll probably be cheaper than buying a new one. But if you feel adventurous, check this page:

i've bought lcd+digitizer for htc legend from hongkong in ebay and everything perfect. it's an amoled one. xD

i was in the same boat .but today i broke down and had it replaced .
i think it was worth it in the end , since i dont have loads of money to add another mobile to my already bloated account .
