Hi,
I remember having seen some weather plugin, where the radar map was quite large on the today screen. Since I have PocketWeather as a tab in PocketBreeze, I have plenty of space for that, but Pocket Weather just let me display a icon, not the map itself.
Is it a configuration thing, or would I need another weather plugin?

There's lots of custom layouts. You'll find something you like.
Has anyone successfully integrated the weather from the HTC Home to display as a weather tab in SPB Mobile Shell? The default weather source in SPB is Gismeteo.ru and it is a terrible source. It's readings are constantly off by 3-4 degrees and the current conditions & forcast is far from accurate.
I have tried SPB Weather program and successfully installed it, but after several hours I could not get any custom templates to work. After searching I can see that people seemed to stop developing templates for this program at the end of 2007.
If no one has been able to integrate HTC Weather from the HTC Home, then does anyone know how to change the source of the weather information in SPB Mobile Shell?

Would be nice if that tab could show SPB Weather instead, using one of the larger Greatbal graphics. At least that changes automatically to display the current day, without having to update first.
It would be nice to change the server update service too, because accuweather su..s.
I would like to see a local time of the location selected. Something like a world clock together with the weather.
can anyone help with this at all?
Really would like to know as this one on the diamond isnt accurate at all.

Thought I would start a dedicated thread for sharing widgets we may develop for use with SPB MS 3.0 (now that its officially out!!!).
Here are some ideas for widgets that can be developed imo -
1. Flip Clock (like TF3D)
2. Slideshow widget
3. Media player widget (linking to other music apps such as Coreplayer)
4. Stocks widget
5. Calendar widget (linking to third party PIMs)

Can these kind of widgets actually be made? I looked at the XML and supplied widgets of SPB, and they all seem to direct to classes in the compiled program.
Perhaps i'm missing something. What I really miss is tasks on your 'lifestyle' screen. I hope it can somehow be made, but atm I don't see how.
What I like to see is an SMS viewer like in TF3D. I don't like to open the MS Inbox every time, when I have a new message.
I'd prefer a RSS widget. I don't get, why they haven't at least integrated SPB Insight...
I'd like to see a Post-it Notes type of widget. Also, it would be cool if you can change the swipe up/down function to open the launcher or contacts screen (or anything else). I have no use for the professional layout because I can basically re-create it in the lifestyle screen.

They dont have an intgration with SPD time - stop watch ??? Why not?
You can only get one day on the weather, even if you have SPD weather ?
I hate the bottom screen contacts and launcher stuff - total waste of screen space.
And why would you want to see all the available screens (bottom left buttom) ?
It looks nice, but I prefer their standalone softwear. Much more control and functionality.
I would like to have a memory indicator

I have nothing else installed and when I click the weather icon, I get a 4-day forecast...

mee too. expecially cannot disable the flash light to flash when new sms come in.

Well, maybe if you tried integrating with their own suite of SPB applications, instead of whatever this SPD stuff is, it might work better?
I seem to have 4 days worth of weather forecasts perfectly fine, here...
i really would like to have a TF3D flip clock that acutally flips.

I have used all weather apps for PPC and I have found the best one to be SBSH Pocket Weather. The real time updates and the forecats were most accurate and customizable. However the weather widget in SPB Mobile Shell is lame. Doesn't give me current temperature. Displays Rain as the current condition even though it's not even about to rain in 8 hours time.
I was wondering if there is a widget of SPB Mobile Shell. It's a great program but the lack of widgets and not being able to use today plugins is withdrawing a lot from it.
I also didn't find a good Tasks widget and the Time widget doesn't display the day in the way I would want it to.
