Does anyone know where I can get a writeshield for my XDA Exec in the UK?
So far I have only found Expansys and they are very expensive...
Can anyone recommend somewhere better? Big bonus points if they also do a car charger for under £10.
I've been safe and happy with ebay... but with selected retailers.
I just ordered an invisibleSHIELD for my PSP, I'll try to review it shortly. Including worldwide delivery = £8. Apparently indestructable and lifetime replacement.

My problem is that I don't know what screen size the Exec is, or which will fit it. I was just saying writeshield because I'd previously had one for my Alpine and it was very good.
Basically I just want a decent screen protector for under £10 excluding delivery, I'm open to suggestions.
I have the one from proporta & am very pleased only cost £5.95 see this page

dont worry about uk... just go to Shop brando and get one from the guy in Hong Kong. He has great customer service - i have had several screen protectors from him over the years!

I've used Brando screen protectors for years. They're not available in the UK, but you can get them mail order from HK - http://shop.brando.com.hk
They usually arrive within 2 or 3 days of order.
I personally prefer the UltraClear version.

i Agree! I like the smoothness of the silky one, but the ultra clear is very clear indeed!

I just ordered the K-Jam which will be arriving tomorrow
Where in the UK can I find a decent screen protector for it? I would prefer an online retailer.
Thanks.
It is in Hong Kong but very reliable.
And what's important their screen protector is the best.
I only buy this one.

It will last as long as your Wizard with no scratch.
And it is great to eliminate reflections.
There's a new one http://shop.brando.com.hk/ultraclearscreenprotector.php
But I never tried it.
Thanks. I ordered 1 of each to try. the thing is it says it will take 15 days to arrive. Must be going by surface mail
I need the protector by Monday so does anyone one have any other suggestions?
have taken the plunge and ordered the ultraclear version, delivery is said to be around 10days....
I ordered the Expansys ones.... we'll see how well that works out. Least the deliever is 1 or 2 days

as said in a earlier post i ordered from the shop quoted above, and been told by my wife that my sreen protectors have arrived today!
i wont see them myself until this evening, but i had to say how impressed i was with the speed!
ordered on the 2nd from HongKong and received in the UK on the 8th.
hope they do the job
just to finish my last post,
got home, put on the new screen protector, and it's great.
I have had three EXIM screen protectors, one for my XDA II Mini and two for mine and my dads digicams and they are the best. Perfectly clear, easy to apply, writing with stylus is normal, and you can remove and adjust them.
I have one coming for my K-JAM (one for the JAM/XDA Mini) which like the others I got off eBay. Last one I ordered (for my XDA Mini) came in 4 days!
Does anyone can send me by DHL or other mail service a new housing for my magican (s100).
I'll pay for housing and delivery.
In Almaty, Kazakhstan it costs 90$
If you can do it, mail to [email protected]
Thanks...
You can order it from Brando.

Is it a reliable partner?
I really don't want to lose my money...
Brando is 'branded'. They are good for their screen protector, not sure about casing. I wouldn't worried about Brando (the company) cheating on your money. I would more worried about
- the quality of the casing
- the postal service at your place.
I don't think they (Brando) use special delivery services (e.g. DHL)
BTW, next time, use a better title, ok? Think of a forum where everyone looking for help goes like `help me!!`

Thanks very much!
I'll improve
Based on my personal experience, Brando is a very reliable company. I've already ordered several items from Brando and all products arrived in one piece and work as advertised. Brando sends products via mail service only. I suggest though that you request that the housing be shipped in a box or at least put "Fragile" sticker on it. I ordered mine from another shop since at that time Brando didn't have it. It was sent only in a bubble envelope and it arrived damaged.

It is really cool!
Thank you all!
Lost my stylus
anyone know a cheap place in the uk that sells them?
cheerz
mark
Not exactly cheap but the O2 shop sells a pack of three for £9.99
Online I've seen them for sale at similar prices but plus p&p.
The T-mobile shop doesn't seem to stock them.
i bought 3 pack on ebay for like $6 total after shipping US. but that's not uk.
they are decent pens, hard to slide out, does not fit perfectly in the slot (because it's generic), but feel like they are completely metal and indestructable.
ebay
I bought a three pack on eBay for £2.99 from a Hong Kong seller. That price included shipping to anywhere in the world. The styluses aren't exactly fantastic quality but they get the job done.
I'm getting a TP and am looking to sell my Mogul to whoever wants it. Any reasonable offer is considered.
It's in good condition cosmetically and mechanically. There are a couple of scuffs on the handset from dropping it once and the screen has light scratches (you can't even tell unless the screen is off). I don't have the problems with the keyboard so long as you use the keyboard fix .cab.
Offer a reasonable price and I'll throw in the Seidio rubberized case with spring clip ($50 new) with it. The case has some marks from the clip, otherwise it's good.
I am not hiding anything here. It really is in good condition and would suit anyone's needs.
Email me at [email protected] with an offer and I'll get back with you asap.

Hi all
The front of my Elf is scratched but it looks quite easy to remove the front and add a new one. Where can I get one and how much should I expect to pay?
Many thanks!
I can only recommend "www.cnn.cn" traded with them recently and was really astonished. They ship from out of Hong Kong, I placed an order on the 16th of Dec and recieved the goods on the 22nd - 5 days to Europe is pretty OK in my opinion
http://cnn.cn/shop/p3450-touch-c-277_391.html
Cheers for that. £48 for complete new case and LCD digitizer. Only paid £85 for the phone but then a new one is £250!

EBay has plenty of much cheaper options. I use cnn.cn from time to time and found their service to be the most excellent. However, some goods are priced way too high, so check around before you order. Digitizer and faceplates are generally about $15-$20USD ea if sold separately or $50 together.
