I just ordered the K-Jam which will be arriving tomorrow
Where in the UK can I find a decent screen protector for it? I would prefer an online retailer.
Thanks.
It is in Hong Kong but very reliable.
And what's important their screen protector is the best.
I only buy this one.
http://shop.brando.com.hk/screenprotector.php
It will last as long as your Wizard with no scratch.
And it is great to eliminate reflections.
There's a new one http://shop.brando.com.hk/ultraclearscreenprotector.php
But I never tried it.
Thanks. I ordered 1 of each to try. the thing is it says it will take 15 days to arrive. Must be going by surface mail
I need the protector by Monday so does anyone one have any other suggestions?
have taken the plunge and ordered the ultraclear version, delivery is said to be around 10days....
I ordered the Expansys ones.... we'll see how well that works out. Least the deliever is 1 or 2 days

as said in a earlier post i ordered from the shop quoted above, and been told by my wife that my sreen protectors have arrived today!
i wont see them myself until this evening, but i had to say how impressed i was with the speed!
ordered on the 2nd from HongKong and received in the UK on the 8th.
hope they do the job
just to finish my last post,
got home, put on the new screen protector, and it's great.
I have had three EXIM screen protectors, one for my XDA II Mini and two for mine and my dads digicams and they are the best. Perfectly clear, easy to apply, writing with stylus is normal, and you can remove and adjust them.
I have one coming for my K-JAM (one for the JAM/XDA Mini) which like the others I got off eBay. Last one I ordered (for my XDA Mini) came in 4 days!

I've finally decided to sell my XDA 2, it is boxed with everything that it originally came with, desk stand, charger and adaptor etc...
It still has 2 or 3 months O2 warranty on it too and is in perfect working order with the latest rom updates on it
It has had a screen protector on it since day 1, so there are absolutely no marks or scratches on the screen at all, the casing is in extremely good condition too with no scratches on it either,
I'm asking for £300 and will only sell within the UK
Email me on iprudence (at) hotmail.com if you want it (replace the (at) with @ )
Cheers
I suppose this is the wrong place to advertise it really as everyone probably has an XDA if they are on here!!
Oh well, looks like ebay might be the best option...
Does anyone know where I can get a writeshield for my XDA Exec in the UK?
So far I have only found Expansys and they are very expensive...
Can anyone recommend somewhere better? Big bonus points if they also do a car charger for under £10.
I've been safe and happy with ebay... but with selected retailers.
I just ordered an invisibleSHIELD for my PSP, I'll try to review it shortly. Including worldwide delivery = £8. Apparently indestructable and lifetime replacement.

My problem is that I don't know what screen size the Exec is, or which will fit it. I was just saying writeshield because I'd previously had one for my Alpine and it was very good.
Basically I just want a decent screen protector for under £10 excluding delivery, I'm open to suggestions.
I have the one from proporta & am very pleased only cost £5.95 see this page

dont worry about uk... just go to Shop brando and get one from the guy in Hong Kong. He has great customer service - i have had several screen protectors from him over the years!

I've used Brando screen protectors for years. They're not available in the UK, but you can get them mail order from HK - http://shop.brando.com.hk
They usually arrive within 2 or 3 days of order.
I personally prefer the UltraClear version.

i Agree! I like the smoothness of the silky one, but the ultra clear is very clear indeed!
Hi all
I'm having a bit of a clear out and thought I'd list this item here, before sticking it on ebay at the end of the week.
I bought the Exec from O2 a couple of years ago and it still works perfectly. Because it's on O2, I think I'm right in saying that it's not locked to any specific provider, but I've not checked that myself. It's in great condition, and I always used a screen protector from day one. The only slight niggle with it is that one of the little rubber stopper feet fell out and I never got around to replacing it. I still have all of the packaging (including what must be the nicest cardboard box I've ever encountered with a product! )
If anyone wants any more information, or to make me a serious offer, then drop me a PM.
All the best guys
Doug Grant
P.S I live in UK.
Anyone know where I can get a decent case for my Hero? All the ones I've found online are £20ish and enclose the entire phone. I want one that allows you to use the phone while it's still in the case.
Seen a lot of ebay for £2.99 but they are all from Hong Kong with up to 14 days for delivery, I may have scratched it by then!
You could opt for one of the "invisible" plastic wraps that are available - they start at about £10, but stops the phone getting scratched at all...
Try Mobilefun.co.uk too, they always seem good for accessories:

I've ordered one of those dodgy silicon ones from Hong Kong, it will hopefully he here within the next week. I'll post a quick review when I get it.
The silicon ones at MobileFun look very good.

I have the one from MobileFun, it arrived this morning having ordered it yesterday afternoon. I got the clear one as I have a graphite hero and it fits perfectly. Has a couple of "notches" in it so you can still use the volume rocker effectively and the holes for the camera and mic etc all line up perfectly.
I highly recommend it, think it was £12.45 including delivery, which as stated was very fast, so good value too.
There is a similar on eBay to the one on MobileFun for £2.95 inc postage and the seller is based in the uk

My Hong Kong case arrived today 7 days after ordering and I have to say I'm impressed. It's a good fit and has all the relevant holes and indentations. It covers right to the screen edges.
Bargain for £2.99

I got the gel case from Mobilefun and made a mistake, ordering the black rather than the clear case. I am delighted with it - the thing arrived the next day, fits like a glove and the black is more of a tint, so my white Hero looks mighty fine in it. Highly recommended...

I just ordered a black one for my graphite hero, looks top notch! also ordered an invisibleSHIELD for my screen, finally my hero will be protected and i can stop acting like im carrying round a priceless Fabergé egg lol
I have a TP2 and will be upgrading to a HD2 shortly. The TP2 came with a screen protector in the box. Does the HD2, or will I have to buy one in advance?
I'm in the UK BTW.
Hi, although certain aspects of what you get in the box depends on where you get your device from I haven't heard however of any coming with screen protectors. I bought a couple with my device last November (i got a discount on the protectors when bought them with the phone) and have never found the need to fit it. There was a good Youtube video of someone taking a kraft knive and a set of keys to the screen and you could hardly see any scratches. I have heard of people dropping them and smashing the screen though.
Regards.

No it doesnt officially but like tele2 , comviq in sweden ships with the ONE protector worth 200kr = 30by thats used of military.
Thats the one of the protectors to get
