Select KITL Transport
USB KITL
Select KITL MODE
Active
and press mail button ??????
I get ERROR in MaUpgradeUt_noID
Thanks !!!!!
press power button + record button + soft reset with stylus at the same time.
I know that but... in select KILT transport:
USB KITL
KITL mode
and Active
?????
I tried to upgrade from wm6 but I get error 150, Rom upgrade utility error
thanks!
KITL is only for debugging, it will not be of any use for you because the files responsible for KITL are removed from XIP, so it is useless, also if you want to enter bootloader mode use this guide http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=BlueAngel_WM5_For_Beginners and after entering bootloader mode place the phone to cradle wait the driver to install and after that run the upgrade utility
thanks !!!
it was power, reset, camera and record at the same time
How to enter bootloader if Power button doesn't work (broken)?
How to enter bootloader on Blueangel if Power button doesn't work (broken)?
@xplode,
this is a wild imagination. in the early when we have wm2003 on our BA, when we need to flash, all we need was to make sure the device is sync, and the setup file (from windows) will take care the rest.
Do you think if we have a way to trick system to put the device into bootloader mode and stop it there?
just a thought.
if your atom can't turn on (not respond when pressing power button and just orange LED blip) because 0% battery, ext
do this step
1. press and hold (camera button) + (rec button) then (power button) in same time
2. it show MNX Diagnosis Manager
(D) Pure Diagnostic Mode
(B) Blutooth Test Mode
(G) GSM Test Mode
(U) Disable DM
3. Select (G) by pressing rigt/left key, then press enter (center d-pad)
4. it show : InitializingThe GSM Module,
wait a few second
5. If it show:

I don't know if all this info was ever collected into one post; if not, here it is. The times given are approximate times to hold the buttons continuously.
Starting from Device OFF Condition:
Power (2-3 seconds) -> Normal OS Boot**
Vol-Up + Power (1-3 seconds) -> APX Mode
Vol-Down + Power (6-8 seconds) -> Bootloader/fastboot Mode (keep both buttons pressed until you see the droid lying on his back).
Starting from APX Mode:
Power (10-15 seconds) -> Normal OS Boot**
Starting from booted or boot-looping OS:
Power (10-15 seconds) -> Normal OS Boot**
** Bootloader Interrupt: In any of the cases where you hold the power button down to try to break out of the current operating mode, if you press the Vol-Down button right after you first see the black and white screen with the Google logo, the tablet will proceed immediately to bootloader/fastboot mode, rather than booting the normal OS. You need to be ready though - you only get about 1 or 2 seconds to do this! (Thanks to RMXO for pointing this out) Note that this means you can get to the bootloader directly from any other mode!
This also explains why, when attempting a cold start using Vol-Down + Power, if you accidentally let go of the vol-down button when the screen first lights up, the Nexus 7 will boot to the normal OS. In this case, pressing Vol-Down initially is actually superfluous - what makes the device go into bootloader/fastboot mode is the Vol-Down press immediately following the google splash screen - there actually is no unique "Go to fastboot from a cold start" method.
Starting from Bootloader/Fastboot Mode:
Follow the instructions on-screen.
Starting from Stock Recovery Splash Screen:
Power + Vol-Up simultaneous press -> gets you to the hidden stock recovery Menu.
For me, pressing Vol-Up first and then Power does not seem to work here - they seem to need to be pressed simultaneously.
Starting from Custom Recovery:
Follow the instructions on-screen.
Screen Shot in Booted OS
Press Power + Vol-Down Simultaneously & hold for about 1 second. The simultaneous part seems to be important, as well as holding them down together for the one second or so. A fine example of a simply horrid UI implementation. (Google, can your Grandma perform this trick?)
Safe Mode Boot
From a cold start boot (press & release Power button), wait 2 seconds after the B&W Google (bootloader) splash screen appears, then press and hold Vol-Down button until the normal OS boot is fully completed (lock screen or home screen appears)
Discussion.
1) These results can depend on the bootloader version; I tested all of the above on the v4.13 bootloader under the following scenarios: (a) unlocked bootloader and custom recovery, (b) unlocked bootloader and the JOP40D stock recovery, and (c) locked bootloader and JOP40D stock recovery. I noted no differences in button-press responses due to these different configurations.
2) Note that in APX mode, there are absolutely no indications on the screen that the device is actually turned on. The ONLY way to see this is to plug it in to a computer, and you will see/hear the device insertion. I am able to enter APX mode without being plugged in, and then afterwards plug into the PC, or cold start it into APX mode plugged in to the PC at cold-boot. If I unplug the tablet in APX mode and then attempt a re-insert, Win 8 is unhappy with the device.
3) If you are stuck in a bootloop pay special attention to the Bootloader Interrupt note above - this is how you get out of a bootloop and into the bootloader or recovery!
4) The JOP40D Stock Recovery has a two minute (120 sec) timer running - if you do not progress to the (hidden) menu within this time, an automatic boot to the regular OS will occur.

Don't know what could be wrong here... I've tried to boot the device into flash mode:
1. keep reset button pressed
2. insert power cable
3. connect the other end of the USB cable to PC
After the steps above I saw the usual android robot on the device screen, then I simply disconnected power and USB cable (nothing else has been done). Now if I power on the device it boots always in download mode... I can boot the device into "flash" mode in the same way, but _without_ connecting power cable, the device is recognizable by the Rockchip Batch tool or the rkflashtool. With the last tool I can read/backup everything, but the device is booting only in the download mode. I'd appreciate any ideas.
EDIT: Sorry for the noise... It just takes a long while to boot with different android logo the first time after entered flash/recovery mode.
Sorry, wrong thread ...
Hi, my LG G2 works just fine, BUT it won't boot into download mode (vol up + usb cable plug), nor into recovery mode (power + vol down, and again after logo). In first case it just shows the battery charging screen, in second it keeps rebooting as long as I hold power button. Once I release it the phone just boot up normally.
I have vanilla Android 4.4.2, buttons works as intended once system is up.
I have tried turning USB debugging off and on, no changes.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for all the replies!
EDIT It's the D802 version.
