Its 4 posts down from this one on the wizard page 1, Words Stream and media in the title. Cmon man dont create a useless damn thread because you are lazy

thanks but i already read that post b4 i'm making the post. that is not the software that i need. i think you misunderstood my question. my question is how to listen to online music, not streaming you own music from your computer. like you get in some website and it provide you free music but the IE don't have the plugin to play that music. I need the software that does it. thanks.

Hello All.
Today i came across new problem in windows media player in p3400i.

What kind of problem is this and how to remove this?
Whats the problem with you people?
you have posted the same question here:

do you know that every thread / post costs money, not to you or me but to the person who maintains it. So think before you post!

It doesnt happens with all songs, some mp3 files cause this problem with Windows Media Player. Audio Manager plays them fine. Some other third party players like Nitrogen also have this problem.

Problems with music playback

Hi -
I'm having some problems playing music on my HD2. Recently the music just stops after a few seconds of starting the track, the music will just stop and it will pause, if I press play nothing happens.
I can do a soft reset and the music will start again, but not restart, so exactly the same problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks
can anyone help?
thanks
Hi,
I answered this in another post here today, search against my name.

Thanks. I searched the forum but can't find the tag software?
thanks
you are right, i can't find it on here, it might be that i got the link off the Vodafone forum, as i remember getting some pointers there. I think the following program does the same thing:
http://www.drtag.de/en/description_mp3rt.htm
you just need a tiny - free - program that checks the integrity of your MP3 & WMA tags to check for errors, once fixed you won't have any issues with the player stopping. You don't need to do a full reset, like i've read elsewhere here. You can do this to the files on your phone directly, a quick restart and when it then refreshes the music files - like it does when you add more music - it'll be fine.

Internet Streaming Radio App [for outside of the USA]

Hey guys,
as the title say, I am searching for an App for streaming internet radio. I found Slacker and Pandora by searching the forum, but both programs only work in the USA.
Since I'm in Germany, I'm searching for an App which can stream internet radio over here.
ACTUALLY:
It is just about this radio station I want to listen to on my TP2: http://radiometro.com.au/player/listenonline.html
I copied this link into the "Streaming Media App" on my TP2, but it only said 'invalid link'. So if anyone could tell me how I could get it done to stream this radio station on my device, I would really appreciate.
Thanks,
Don
Try this one;

I am using for a long time, and its awesome. many different style-oriented radios as well as regular ones. you can see track list on the screen.
I love it.
Enjoy

open that page in your browser. In the View menu select Page Source
About a quarter of the way down you will find a line containing this
http://67.220.196.164:7777/listen.pls
Copy that and paste it into your browser (or alternatively copy the one above). When prompted save the file to your hard disk then copy it to your storage card.
Coreplayer will open it and play your radio station
HTH
Thanks a lot for the replies, but unfortunately none of them solved my problem.
@ royhapper: Installed it, started it, selected a channel, can't hear anything. Tried lots of channels, did 3 softresets,... reinstalled it,... no chance. Doesnt work
@ stunno: downloaded the listen.pls, but I dont feel like spending $30 on the CorePlayer. I know that I could use it for more than just streaming Radio, it definitely looks like a good player, but still.... $30 seems a little overpriced in my opinion.
Any other solution?

Give miasto muzyki one more try, I suggest. I am also having same problems since 2-3 days, its a system update or something I suppose. But now its working. I am listening at least.
This is a radio from Poland, you are closer than me, it must be easier for you )
@ royhapper: Still doesnt work.
I found an App called "Wunder Radio" which lets you listen to just about any radio station on this planet. There is a 15 day Trial Version,... and you can get a licence fpr $14.95
http://www.jeyo.com/radio.asp
Still dont want to pay though,... so if anyone figures a cost-free way, let us know
Try GSPlayer. It's a freeware media player that can play Shoutcast and other internet streams. I just tried it with the site you are trying to stream and it works just fine.
1. Download GSPlayer from http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA032810/
2. In GSPlayer select Menu > File > Open URL
3. Put in 67.220.196.164:7777 (don't add the /listen.pls part or it won't work)
4. It should start buffering and streaming...
It worked for me, and it shouldn't be limited to the US, since the GSplayer is from a Japanese site.

Music Player Playback Position

I've had my HD2 from a coupla months now and have only just really started using the built in Music Player.
I've been using it to listen to podcast and to start with I used to like that it remembered the playback position so I could listen to a bit of a podcast and then more of it later on.
I thought that it only forgot the position in between soft-resets or power-cycles. But after using it more, I'm finding that sometimes it remembers and sometimes it doesn't
After a trawl thru the XDA-Dev site and Google, I'm not finding any questions regarding this, nevermind answers.
Has anyone come across this? Found a solution? Or can recommend a music player that reliably works?

Sorry I have no answer to your question, but I have a question of my own. How do you listen to podcasts? Is this streaming or simple mp3s downloaded to your phone?
