Hi guys!
Is it possible to copy/sync the contacts from mu Jam to outlook express 6 of my office's pc?
I'd like to sync my jam at home with Outlook 2003 and share/sync the contacts to outlook express in my office...
I guess only with 3rd party apps like XTNDconnect

HI,
i'd like to set up the calendar and contacts manager to where, if i enter a new contact with a birthday, it'll automatically create a reminder on said birthday within the calendar. can anyone tell me how to do that (btw, the help function on the O2 exec is a joke, much as the ROM is great otherwise...)
cheers
dennis
Or just use this program.
You'll never have to forget a birthday.
I am using GER T-Mobile MDA Pro
I have some contacts with birthdays in it and i am syncing my MDA using AS4.1 with my MS Outlook/Exchange 2003. And i am getting a Birthdayalarm on my MDA and i am not using any other birthday apps.
But i am not sure if this also works without syncing or Outlook Express
Can I use Outlook Express on my wizard instead of Microsoft Outlook?
Outlook Express for WM5 does not exist so the answer is no.
In case you meant use Outlook Express on your Computer to Sync with your WM5 device, the answer is still no because Activesync only supports Outlook.
Actually a quick google found SyncExpress 3 but I have no experience with it.
hi,
i'm an newbie and have a problem with my xda mini.
I don't get the contacts synched with my pc.
Active Sync says its synching contacts. But when
I'm opening Outlook Express it won't show any of them.
Is there a posibility to download the Adress-Database
directly?
Thanks.
Contacts will not be sync with Outlook Express.... Do you have MS Outlook installed, if yes then it will available there....
Hope this helps....

thanks - i see. is there another possibility to get the contacts. f.e. with some freeware program?
hi, you have a legal copy of outlook 2000 bundled with your magician... everyone has...
got the xda second hand
i think only outlook can syn with your mini
okay thank you guys.
There is any freeware that I can sync my data from the diamond to outlook express (and the opposite way)?
I think you want Active Sync mate, you get that from Microsoft.
If you running XP, you want the Active Sync..
If you running Vista, you want the Device Center...
info and download here

I think that the active sync is only sync the outlook but not the outlook express!!!
If I wrong please tell me how to do it...
THANKS!!
Ah sorry i didnt notice the 'express' in your original post.
I think you are right, only Outlook is supported.
I have not heard of anything that would work with Express, i had this issue some months ago when had another htc, i installed the full Outlook in the end so i could use Active Sync
search for "Syncdata SyncExpress" on google!
Thanks but I wrote that I want free software to sync with the outlook express...
there is no freeware for this,
I have a problem with active sync because it doesn't speak to outlook express, only Outlook.
I had full Outlook on my laptop but had to dismantle it the other night and my other machines only have express installed. As I've also had to hard reset the phone it means I currently have no contacts on it and can't get them on from express because activesync is sh1t and doesn't support OE. Thanks Bill!
Is there a FREE app I can use to get my contacts from Outlook Express onto the phone easily? I didn't get a disc with my phone so no copy of Outlook I can install.
I don't want all my received emails or folders - just the contacts. Thanks!
Alternatively, is there any way I can legally download Outlook given that I have a PPC with a legit WinMo installation?
Aside from all that - I don't really want to have to use the full version of Outlook. I know it does more and I use it at work but why should I be forced to use it to sync? It's BS!!!
Download Jeyo Mobile Companion trial from http://www.jeyo.com/companion.asp to import OE contacts and sync with phone.
I have a similar problem, exporting from Outlook 2007
Trying to sort my contacts out and the formatting is terrible. i copied them across from an old SE w800i and had to do it via the sim card as bluetooth wouldn't work.
This means that home numbers and mobile numbers are listed seperately and many names are cut short.
A further problem is that the phone is showing both sim and memory contacts, i.e. duplicates.
I want to know if there is any way i can format all the contacts on my PC then copy them back to the phone, after having deleted all contacts on phone + sim.
Thanks
In on XP with Outlook 2007. My phone is running the standard rom.
