Today T-Mobile Germany released their official ROMUpdate to WM2003
It´s the Version 4.01.19.
I didn´t test it myself, but added already to the kitchen.
So guys. Try it out and report me about the new ROM....

The wmodem appication is included.
I cann´t say it exactly, but the help file only talks about serial and infrared, so i think, there is no USB...

WHich Radio Stack version is incorporated?
Still 4.21 or is it a higher one? how can I distinguish this from the RSU upgrade file?

I did:
From there go to your Start folder inside the Windows folder. From there find the link to the RSUpgrade file and delete it. (Don't worry about deleting a file, this is just a link to it and we will re-install a good copy of this file)
Now, restart your PDA. It should return to your normal desktop but with no phone connection as the Radio Stack is not installed. From here, place it back on it's cradle/usb connection.
Just as stated above by Matt, you need a copy of the RSUpgade installation or a ROM upgrade insallation that includes the RSUpgrade. Unpack this, I used Winzip to do this. Find these files:
monitor_ul_bs.m0
monitor_ul_bs.map
RSUpgrade.cp64
RSUPgrade.exe
Now, using Activesync, explore to your Windows folder on your XDA and copy those files from your Computer to there. They must over write all the old files.
Disconnect from your PC and run the RSUPgrade.exe file from file manager. It worked 10 for 10 when I did it this way so it should work for you also.

Only the AutoStart folder is not correct:
-Handsfree(.exe)
-poutlook
-SMSReceiver(.exe)
-Ussd(.exe)
This files (.ece) are now DLL's - I think the are called by a nother app.

Hello.
The extended roms can be used in all the diferents languages rom.
for example SPANISH ???
And only with the same version of rom 1.06. or I can use with version 1.03???

There was a problem with the above WWE ROM version and as far as I know it has been pulled from i-mate and won't be up again for a few days. You might want to remove this one from your ftp site.
The WWE version is again online!!!

No, it seems that the file has been corrupted while uploading to the ftp. I'm downloading the one from clubimate right now, and so far everything seems alright.

Try to execute it before upload!...cause I have downloaded and it wasn`t working...now I`m tring to donwload it with Inetrnet explorer...will see if it works...

Loading Extended ROM After Club i-Mate Update
Please excuse the newbie question.
After I load the JAM_WWE_106_110_10500 ROM update (so kindly posted to the FTP site at xda-developers so I can actually complete a download ) is it necessary to install the CAB files posted in the Extended ROM section of this site? If so, what are the steps to install the extended ROM.
Also, is there a description of what each of the components of the extended ROM are for - some are self-explanatory and others obviously aren't.

it works great on my jam plus i noticed a new tab in the bluetooth call COM Ports which i didn't have it in any upgrade before......
bluetooth is stable and i didn't install any patch into.... but my problem with gprs is still there....

Yes it is an official upgrade, one thing i cannot believe is that with version 1.06(Qtek) i could not connect to my bluetooth car kit(nokia) and with version 1.11 i can and works great!!!!!!! What was changed?? I also notice a new Com ports tab in the bluetooth screen too!!!

extract the .exe file and u will find the radio and the other files there... delete what u want and keep what u want to upgrade with....
for country error try this file... but first extract the exe file to anywhere you want and replace the attached with the one in the extracted folder......
by the way! is anyone having problem with the callerID application....?! it is not showing in my program list! and not when someone calls!

Which called ID application? The Photo Contacts program? It installs with the extended rom and is insalled on my Magician.

yep the photo contacts program..... when i search in the windows folder i find the iacontact.dll and some other dlls that are releated to photo contact program but no exe file......... anyways, i just deleted the dll files and reinstalled the program and now works...

Does anyone know where I can find the official Qtek S200 roms, I'm hesitating a little bit to upload a non qtek rom just in case something goes wrong. I wouldn't want to end up with a € 600 phone that doesn't work.

Don't afraid of non-Qtek ROM Qtek is very lazy in update release. I got Dopod 2.15.13 on my born S200. Thу latest Qtek available is as old as 2.9.7.
The ONLY difference between the devices from differend brands is the logo on the panel. Sure.

This is the latest from Qtek. However, the latest across vendors is from Dopod. To upgrade to Dopod WWE ROM follow the tread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=49298

Just as a newbie.. I got Qtek S200 in German (bought in Switzerland) and want WWE version. I guess this thread shows the right steps. Am i right ? the procedure shown here (with the ZIP file) is good for language change ? Does the S200 will change ALL menus on Win Mobile to English ?

the file in ftp is an exe not a zip for qtek S200 ROM, which seems corrupt,
is there anyplace to get the shipped qtek ROM?

I did not said whether it is corrupt or not. I only said it is a zip file & if it can be unzip then it is not corrupt. I already downloaded it before & like Lui-kim-Su mentioned, it was good in the past but not now.
Anyway, I have a copy of it & I have uploaded the file.

I got my s200 in Switzerland. Unfortunately it is in French. in order to upgrade the rom to Eng version I have tried to connect to the server. but
the ftp server site mentioned in yr forum does not work.

I finally unlocked extrom on JAMin for BOTH read and write acces, now i'm struggling how to make it work with my cabz? I mean every1 says there is cofig.txt or autocnfig.txt in the extrom, and i've seen one from Orange's Extrom i got from xda-dev ftp, but i dont see it in my own extrom, though the programs would install after HARDreset. Is it like ALL cabz from ExtRom are being installed or do i need to add that file?
Any help would be kindly appreciated!

Thkx for the upload, but the zip only have operator settings and the file is to small. I've dumped mine S200 ext. rom and it was about 9 MB.

Hey mate, it's all I-mate HAS in extRom, trust me. It's bout 4,5 megs. And the zip i uploaded should've had MORE than op's cabz/
