Hi everybody.
I'm having a problem on my qtek s100 and didn't find any solution jet (i've used the search with no luck).
Several applications let me open files ONLY from Storage, they don't allow me to choose them from RAM nor SD card. This happens on:
- Adobe reader 2.0
- PocketGBA
- MSDict
- Others
Any idea?

I'm considering changing my pda's rom. Now it's spanish imate 1.12.

Hey guys, i have a problem...
there is no one, who can help me in german boards, so i hope you can help me.
I wanted to install the german version of wikipedia on my hermes (980 mb)
I tryed to put the file via activesync on my sd card, there the error (by 50%) that the file is in use... that cant be true, cause there is no programm witch is using the file...
When i try to put the file on the card via cardreader, there is the error "the sector cant be find" (bad translation )
the funny thing is:
When i place 1.5 gb music on the card, it works... but with a 950 mb file it doent work... is there any file-size-limit or something?
I formated the card with the rescon fileexplorer, because when i format it with windows, the card only shows the space of 1 gb...
Do you have any suggestions what to do?
ive seen certain card readers than can only read SD bassed media up to 1GB in size.
anythign bigger gives odd results... (often warning the card needs a format)
i'd try a diff card reader, or beter still use w5torage and keep the card in the hermes...
(my card read i had problems with was an Icy Box variant)
i dont know if this would help but if you have vista you can see your card as an external USB drive... i have put 1.8G files on my card and taken them off with no issue i have a 2G sandisk

I tryed everything... transfer the file via wlan... and so on...

I doesnt work...
Because, to make it work, i have to disable the usb advanced function...
but when i want to start "pogram > connection > usb to pc" the app opens and closes after a second...
Do anyone have an other suggestion for my mainproblem?
or a suggestion for my problem with the wm5s?
btw: i am using wm6, but in the board, there are people, who are using wm6 too, and they can use the wm5s propaly

I tryed the plugin winCE for the windows totalcommander...
35%, and the upload crashed
worked ok for me, on latest Elf, and worked on a Dutty rom i used...
one thing. If you have previosuly made any bluetooth GPS com ports you can't then disable the USB function. (no idea why this is....)
go to bluetooth and delete ANY com ports.
then go back to disable the advanced USB function. it should now be changable.
then try WM5torage

I've had problem too copying big files to my sd. I had LVSW 19.05. I imagine that my problems was one of this 2 choice:
- issue with the LVSW release ... I've tried black and all goes without problems;
- but first I've reformatted my microsd with 2 copy of fat (normal behavior in hd, not so normal in sd cards) - I've used Pocket Mechanic.
One of this 2 operations had resolved my issue ...

Hello,
I have a problem with my phone. When I try to enable bluetooth, the 'busy' animation keeps going, and after a few seconds my phone doesn't respond to anything. I have to perform a soft reset to get my phone responding.
I tried a lot of things to find out when this problem occurs, and i found out that my bluetooth works only when I remove the micro-sd card from the slot. Then, when my bluetooth is enabled and I put the micro-sd card back in, it just keeps working.
Does anyone know a solution for this problem, so I can enable bluetooth without having to remove my micro-sd card?
More information:
Phone: T-Mobile MDA Vario 2 (herm300)
Rom: WM6 Schap's 3.54b (dutch)
Radio: 1.50.00.00
Micro-sd card: 1gb SanDisk MicroSD (also tested with a kingston 1gb microsd, but with the same problem)
Installed programs (note: the problem also occured when no additional program's where installed):
Google Maps (phone memory)
WM VI Black Transcriber (phone memory)
Schap's Kaiser Comm Manager (phone memory)
Schap's Black Home (phone memory)
+ Program's included with schap's rom (unknown, not in uninstall-list)(phone memory)
If someone knows a solution for this problem, that would be great!

Trying to fix the problem, I re-installed schap's 3.54b dutch rom. That didn't solve the problem, so it's not a problem with one of the program's, because it's a clean install.
Then, I instaled schap's 4.22 full.. and.. it works now I can use my bluetooth again without having to release my micro-sd card A very nice ROM.. hope it come's in dutch too, but english is nice too..
However, it's was a strange problem. Can it be a problem in the ROM? Or only in the dutch version maybe?
Hi guys, i've searched for a long time software or something which can store my bluetooth recieving files directly to the Internal Storage.
In my case - I have 10mb free phone memory (i've installed all programs into the phone memory), and if someone try to send me larger than 10mb file.... it fails. I've tryed to change the default temporal directory with directory into the internal storage, but it don't work. So can somebody help me with this? Thank's in advance.

I've got problem with my elf. I've got some cabs on my storage card and when I'm trying to install them, there's a question about localization for this applications. When I'm checking box at 'storage card' my elf's trying to install it on phone (it's trying to install it on phone, no matter what I've checked), where's only 11 mb free. Why I can't install aplications on storage card?
Card is free in 63%.
Btw. I don't know or is it important, but my OS is 5.2.1620

Try Onyx Micro, see how it goes.

Dose this occur with all (or some) programs because some programes are designed to run from main memory and not sd card
i'm sorry if my english is bad, i use o2 xphone ii.
somebody help me please, after upgrade my rom to wm 6.1 v.1.6, i cant install application to my storage card, even formated the storage card before, my phone allways show that the application is unsigned.
the problems is sames when i used last rom wm 6.1 v.1.5
