Please teach me how to clear item(s) in NEW Menu....
i've uninstalled the program, but the shortcut entry in NEW MENU still exist...and it's kind of annoying... :shock:
Please help me...
Take the attached prog which will make a softreset and delete the items in the new menu.

@efayes: Search your registry and you'll know... can't tell you the key off-hand.
if you mean by New Menu the one that appears in the left lower corner of today screen then you'll have to go to
Start>Settings>Menu>New Menu then choose what shortcuts you like to see in it

brother, i've tried to go to SETTINGS>MENU>NEW MENU...the key is there....
but i've uninstalled the programmre...i can set it off so that i can see in the NEW MENU...but it does exist in the settings....i just dun like it...
Please help me to clear it off...

Kann schon sein, aber das Problem ist das ich eine nur deutsche SW habe und wie was übersetzt wurde etwas "merkwürdig" ist in der deutschen Version. Daher also meine Antwort.

PS: ein Beispiel, bei der Kameraeinstellung gibts den Begriff "Geschrei". Gemeint ist, und das ist eine Vermutung "hue" oder "tint". Also was isses ?

MDA per/Qtek 9000 Voice Command indicates(signalises) in the contacts only white display, however, everything goes the contacts are also announced and he acts to phone calls they are not even indicated(signalised.

Have your tried the recent release upgrade (version 1.6)? It even works when the Universal is closed.

Dude/Dudette..... English please. I assume you are saying to download outres.96.dll is the fix, correct, but only if you knew that was the answer in the first place, not to new comers researching this.
hi i have MDA Compact IV phone ( from t-mobile ) and have a few questions ( im new so pls dont post im in wrong section or something. i rly need answers )
So i instaled succewsfulyl the jevelry 0.2 theme but my clock are not so big as in the pictures. I have just ordinary small black clock on the "today" screen. And my next problem is that under the start button is the grey strip continuing to a under battery indicator space, where is "T-Mobile" written. And same grey is behind the "contacts" and "programs" buttons on the "today" screen. How can i turn this to gold?
And the other question is have this phone "wake up alarm"? Or i just must set the "reminder" to wake me up?

Ok ich hab ein X10i mit firmware R1FA014.
Soweit so gut, bis Punkt 5 der allgemein bekannten Schritten zum debranden läuft alles super aber dann:
1. Download files:
-SE PC Companion
2. Install PC Companion on your PC
3. Connect your phone when PC Companion asks
4. Check for updates - on this screen you will get the REPAIR option
5. Select repair - and let PC Companion guide you through it.
BIS HIER HER KEIN PROBLEM, ES SIND ABER KEINE FILES VON DER GRÖßE 110 oder 16 MB in dem Ordner!!!!
Maximal was mit 10 MB zu finden.
ICH HAB ECHT ÜBERALL GESUCHT; ABER AUCH IN ANDEREN ORDNERN IST NICHTS ZU FINDEN...

7. Sort the files by date in descending order

12. Run PC Companion again. Go through steps 4 and 5.

(If you used Generic NCB files it is recommended to perform steps 4 and 5 once more. This will update the firmware to the newest, R1FB001, firmware.)

Ich will mal nicht so sein. Das einfachste Tool zum flashen (auch debranden) ist OMNIUS. Einfach mal googeln oder hier im Forum danach suchen. 2xGratis Account anlegen, bestätigen und in Omnius die Zugangsdaten eintragen.
R1...zip oben und die phone.zip darunter auswählen.
Firmware von hier nehmen:

Aber die Richtige (X10i - Shipped R1FA014 !!)
Danach könnte man sogar auf die R1FB001 updaten (optional)

I read in different forums that people bricked their X10 after flashing debranded firmware so I'm a bit curious. Mine is also R1FA014 and A1 branded.

I have create an account and installed omnius.
Then settings-> server-setting-> I have put in the pass login.
After I was trying to "unlock" the phone I also was trying to "flash" the x10.
Nothing...
I get always the message "incorrect password"
please dont think that I´m to stupid to put in the right!!
I was trying to log in by using the webside, works...
Was trying to change the pass, works on webside, only on webside...
I was creating a different acc. works, put the same massege.
I think for me this way to debrand does not work

I'm trying to use "basebandswitcher" an App for switching bands for the Defy.
I have some errors that I couldn't find solution for anywhere, but a post on a german forum that seems to solve it.
Problem is google translate, and other online translators, do a pretty bad job translating it.
Anyhow I hope some nice German member could help with translating this small quote:

- Wenn Du dem auf Default zurücksetzt nimmt er das von Einsteino vorgegebene Band wieder aktiv (meine 2.21). Bekommst aber beim nächsten mal die selbe Meldung. Aber das zurücksetzen auf DEFAULT geht damit.
- Wenn Du ein anderes Band auswählst und bei dem beschriebenen Fehlerfensterchen "later" anklickst, wird Deine Wahl übernommen.
An sich, finde ich, ein Schönheitsfehler. Das zurücksetzen auf Default geht, die Wahl eines anderen Bandes auch. Nur eben mit kleinem Fenster.

"I had the same message on my phone yesterday
-if you go back to default it will take the band given by Einsteino. But you will get the same message next time but going back to default works
-if you take a diffrent band and klick "later" in the errorwindow it works"

I activated "turn all notifications off (exept alarm clock) - till deactivation" and now, i cant find a way to turn it on?
In the quick menu there is the button for this (attached file), but it will not be able, to push it.
Hilfe, ich habe mein "Telefon lautlos geschalten - bis zur Deaktivierung". Wie schalte ich die Töne wieder ein, bzw. was meint man "Bis zur Aktivierung"?
Ich finde keinen Button, der mir intuitiv zeigt, alles wieder einzuschalten...
