Hi there...
Does anybody here knows why in a new version of HTC devices, the GPRS icon comes out upleft of the provider icon and in the I-mate K-jam doesn´t? How do you guys knows you are connected in a real data transmission? I´ve seen from a friend of mine that even getting an icon right beside the provider signal it still get another one for Wifi connection or something!
My K-jam just have only the default icon for connection not the upleft one like HTC devices!
Any idea folks?
Thanks in advance!
Eduardo

Hi
I am using my O2 Neo (prophet) for past few months. Now suddenly the GSM signal is on searching mode. (The tower sign is like Y.... with moving dots) I can't get a signal on the phone and no calls and sms but all other PDA functions are working fine.
Could you please help on fixing it. I did the resettings by loading the OS too.
Thanks
RABIMS
What could be the problem with O2 Neo. The signal keeps on searching while the same SIM is working with another mobile.
Please Help on identifying the problem and solution...

I have the same problem here but with the orange SPV M600, i have tried different sim cards on different networks and vodafone worked, i have a feeling that it is a problem with the radio rom.

Hi all
Have been browsing your excellent site for some while now and have used many ideas with past and present phones.
Hope someone can help me as I have been very frustrated over this problem. I have a Orange M5000 which refuses to turn on the WiFi or at best now and again, at work it will turn on no problem but at home the only way to get it work is to turn on the WiFi and do a soft reset the WiFi then activates while Orange is establishing connection but before the UMTS appears. I have had a new sim card from Orange but if anything its worse. Dose anyone have fix for this or some info on the problem so I can get Orange sort it out.
Thanks in advance
Regards Andy
Hi, new to this site and wondering if someone could help me. For some reason my HTC trophy won't respond to me trying to activate the status bar or when my phone tells me that there is WiFi networks available it won't switch to the settings screen for WiFi. Has anyone had this problem??
Thanks
John
