anyone tried to grab new rdp client from crossbow and run it on WM5 ?
What is "rdp client"?
What else in crossbow is worth to try to import into WM5?
I think we are talking about the Remote Desktop / Terminal Services client
I use it on WM6 works great. I don't see the point of running it on WM5 when I can just run WM6.
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to get Pocket Outlook to work with client certificates for SMTPS and IMAPS. How do I get Outlook working with that? All required certs are installed on the mobile device (WM 6.1). Server setup for client authentication is OK for both protocols and definitely working with client authentication.
Hi!
I'm looking for a freeware VPN Client with Xauth support for Windows Mobile 6.1. Unfortunately there seem to be only shareware clients on the market. I haven't seen any open source project... .
Found links here to companies like http://www.ncp-e.com/en.html who have a nice software solution but i'm not willing to pay 40€+ for my mobile phone. There are so many Clients for XP / Vista which are freeware.
Hi, my problem is that I need a VPN Client for my Diamond but I can't find one. Actually I found some: NPC, Bluefire and OpenVPN (alpha). But those are for WM 5.0. So I don't know whether they function on WM 6.1. Another thing is that the WLAN I want to connect to is a Cisco VPN. I don't know whether those programs support Cisco VPN or not.
Hope you can help me

bluefire works like a charm on my wm6.1 diamond
as far i know my uni has cisco and bluefire works for me. Openvpn doesnt...
I would appreciate if there would be some mortscript automation, because you always have to dial wlan, then vpn and type in your password for vpn everytime...
Would you upload it please? The Bluefire homepage is down. Can I use *.pcf files to configure Bluefire? Because I only have a *.pcf file to configure the Cisco Client on my laptop.
Edit: Which version do you use? The newest version I found was 3.0 but as I said, the homepage is down unfortunately.
i am looking for an ssh client for windows mobile that can do port forwarding so i can ssh and then rdp to my desktop pc.
Anybody know of any programs to do this?
pocketputty doesnt seem to offer this option
Pocket PuTTY
I use Pocket PuTTY and have it integrated into my ROM:
http://www.pocketputty.net/
It's been a while since it was last updated but if it's just Telnet/SSH terminal access you want I can't fault it.

There are two versions of PocketPutty. One has a simple username and password interface and the other has all the goodies.
ADB100 linked to the good one.
PocketPutty does it for me, just need to set up the tunnels before logging in.
