WIll be there a kitchen for WM6? Because there are many things, which I don't need, and can not uninstall lightly (like x-button and office).
And I extremely need WPA2-PSK connection, for my university, is it possible (besides of Odyssey) to manage WPA2 accounts somehow?
Great thanks to Helmi_c!!!

for WPA2 we need new wifi driver that supports it, and noone develop for this hardware
But wpa2 should be backwards compatible with wpa. My network is wpa2 and my BA connects fine.
I agree with LGSilva, but some routers have WPA/WP2 ou just WPA2
Still...
... does not help me, because it is not my WiFi network, but that of my university! (Will try odyssey client)
... waiting for kitchen
Hi,
Has anyone successfully managed to get 802.11g Wireless working on their XDA. I have an XDA IIs with a tiacxwln adapter, I have applied the registry tweak but my device and although it can see the network it will not connect.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob.
Many people have got 802.11G working on their phones.
I personally use a Spectec card and it works very well. Perhaps the access point you are trying to access has encryption/WPA/WEP etc?
Perhaps you need to set your MAC address on the Access Point so that it allows you.
Let me know when you try this and if it doesn't work I will try be of more assistance.
Hi everybody.
May anyone help me to set my WM6.1 device (HTC Tynt II) working properly via VPN with my Netgear FVG318 router???
I tried many times, also searching info on the board, but I have never been successful.
The main problem (I believe) is that the Netgear VPN router has so many options compared to the VPN client in WM6(.1), so I do not know what to do.
If you are men of good will, you can have info on the router looking at: http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/FVG318v1.asp
Many thanX
