I just got a wizard and I have about 250 numbers saved on my sim card. Is there a way to transfer all of the numbers to the phone's memory all at once? Thanks.

In Program, you have a program called "SIM Manager". Open it, then choose tools (button), select all, tools, save to contacts, that's it

there is a cab file which after you install it, you can select more than one contact at a time, or you can select all the contacts.

Double, triple contacts are caused by outlook.In sinchronizations settings on PC u have to make update items on pc, not pda.Something like that. I dont use that by myself. Hope u will fix it.
U can use schaps for sim contacts.
Use the SIM Manager that is in Programs (can also be accessed from within Contacts). That should allow you to delete contacts from the SIM card quickly.

does anyone know of an easy way to import all my SIM contacts into my phone.
I am using my X1 with the sbp panel (tried the shell 2.0 but didnt like it). I want to have my speed dial contacts on the 3rd pane, but I cant add photos to the sim conacts, only to the phone contacts..
instead of importing my contacts one by one, or creating new ones i was hoping there was a way to mass import them...forgive me if im being dumb!

It is written in the manual, page 7.
"SIM Manager – Manage the contacts stored on your
USIM/SIM card. You can also copy USIM/SIM contents
to Contacts in your phone."
So, use the SIM manager and the options it provides to select all contacts anc copy them to the phone.

I've been looking at this problem for more then a day now and I still haven't found a solution.
My HD2 had WM6.5 on it, and it synced very often with my Windows 7 laptop. Now the problem is that I converted my HD2 to Android, doing so I did **** up a little and ended up with WM6.1 on my HD2. I then connected it to my laptop and when I set up the phone with activesync/WMDC I used a different name, so I wouldn't lose my documents and contacts that were saved under the original name.
The problem now is that I can't find my files anywhere and that I don't have any contacts on my Android HD2 (which kinda sucks).
So, please help guys?!

-Go to contacts
-Press the windows button
-Select 'Import/export'
-Select one of the '4' options :
-Import from SIM
-Import from SD
-Export to SD (you don't need this)
-Share visible contacts (you don't need this)
I have recently changed operators, which is why I have a new SIM card, with no contacts on at all.
My SD card is empty aswell.
Isn't activesync supposed to save my contacts somewhere on my PC?
I looked in the activesync map in my documents but those are empty.
Hi guys, I recently reinstalled windows from 7 to 7.5 but I lost all the contacts which I added onto my phone since I was on 7. There was no options that I saw to "save to sim card or save to phone" like most other phones out there so I dont know where they are saved.. I had a brain wave about the fact that the contacts were "linked" with my email account but there is only the emails saved. I am wondering if the numbers are saved somewhere or, each time I have to reinstall I will have to ask fro their numbers every time? Has anyone else had this happen?
Please let me know as I really want to update my rom and radio for better battery life!

you cant save contacts to SIM card.. not compatible... phone automatically save contacts to your Live account (and you never loose contacts if you not loose your login data ) this is only if you login to Live account with your phone (and also live activation code entered)

ahh yes, i see it now, so then I can export the whole list as a .csv file too. Now I sign in on my phone and can add it to the phone directory? Sorry if its nooby but I cant seem to access anything like that through the dedicated email app? Juat on internet explorer?

if you have mails in contacts list, you simply use mail app
and again, all is simple... you thinking too much simple: add Live account to phone and all is solved... all your contacts be saved and you not loose it and you use this contacts with phone or computer...

pda v8 has this function build-in
