WWE, WORLD WILD ENGLISH OR A THING LIKE THAT, NO U CANT FLASH IT TO ITALIAN WITHA WWE ROM, U GOT TO FIND THE ITALIAN ROM ON THE FTP.
YES U FIND A ITALIAN ROM ON THE FTP SITE.
If u flash with the WWE rom, u will change it to English ... u can flash if u whant to change to english.

what rom i must download for qtek?
It's the same of imate and other?
There are particular operation for upgrading with this rom instead the original?

try flashing one of cotulla's roms or the shipped roms in the ftp site..
Just flash the same ROM with MAupgrade_noid.exe (explained here)
