Edit WM2003 ROM Image in order to ...

... install the English ROM version on a German XDA.
Hi there!
I hope that my topic is not redundant to others - I already tried to 'search' - but with no result.
Currently I have a German XDA for trial use. I want to install a English ROM image onto this German XDA. I've heard that it should work when you change some content of the ROM image (ENG -> GER for example).
Does someone know what to change in the ROM image in order to install it :?:

QTEC9100 ROM!---wanna english or chinese version

I'm using a QTEC9100 now. But unfortunately its ROM is German?(Or spanish?I can not read..). So please kindly help me:
①I wanna to flash it into english, which ROM can I use?
②Any Chinese ROM available? :shock:

You can use any wwe rom found on the ftp of xda developers in uploads/ wizard.. remember to use the unlock program listed in this forum

Can i flash my qtek s100(ita) with this type of rom?
Can i flash my qtek s100(ita) with the rom downloaded in your ftp area?
I need to upgade my version becouse i've a lot of problem with mms.

WWE, WORLD WILD ENGLISH OR A THING LIKE THAT, NO U CANT FLASH IT TO ITALIAN WITHA WWE ROM, U GOT TO FIND THE ITALIAN ROM ON THE FTP.
YES U FIND A ITALIAN ROM ON THE FTP SITE.

If u flash with the WWE rom, u will change it to English ... u can flash if u whant to change to english.

what rom i must download for qtek?
It's the same of imate and other?
There are particular operation for upgrading with this rom instead the original?

V1640 ITA ROM (please help)

Hi guys, i've just bought an Italian V1640 Vodafone branded... i can tell you honestly that the actual rom sucks and i've decided to upgrade to the latest imate rom...
I've only one problem, even if i took a look to the forum and to wiki, i've found only topics related to italian rom for 1640 but no files available...
Is that possible that one of you can send me an italian vodafone rom for 1640 even if it's a old one??? I want it because i want the possibility to revert back to an original rom in case i've to send the pda for maintenance!!!
If someone of you got this rom, please let me know or upload to the ftp site... THANKS a lot.

I've the same problem, with v1640 i cannot register the device to the official Qtek site and i can't find the ROM files too...

upgrade ....
Look for instruction in the UNIVERSAL UPGRADING SECTION
Download a ROM from the ftp site
use the tool NoId (run it for 2 time)....

Need help please Spanish ROM

I have an English ROM in my Qtek 9000 and would like to get the last spanish Rom but cant get it from the FTP, can someone give me a link for the Rom.
