Hello,
Is it possible to use O2 Xda II mini as gprs modem with linux? I'd prefer bluetooth connection to xda, but I mini doesn't seen to provide DUN?
Tomi
It does you'll have to open wireless modem app in your phone the start the bluetooth connection then pair the phone with linux and linux will see a modem.... Dial *99# and get connected.... I DID
I like to use the GPRS on my Powerbook.
Does any one know how to make a connection, via BT or USB??
Thank you
Hi All,
I would like to browse the internet on my K-Jam through my laptop.
Situation is this:
Internet -----CableModem------Laptop------K-JAM
where CableModem to Laptop is via LAN-cable
Laptop to K-JAM is via Wireless
Laptop is running XP Pro.
Can anyone help me on how to set up this config such that I can connect through my laptop wirelessly to the internet ?
(I have read about ad-hoc wireless networks, bridging, ...)
Thx,

Internet sharing
Hi,
I use internet sharing through USB connection and it works perfectly. On Windows 7, no additional settings are required, it just creates new network connection using USB modem.
Haven't tested internet sharing using bluetooth.
Regards,
Pavel
You can share internet connection via USB cable or via Bluetooth connection. Also You can set you mobile as a Wi-Fi router and can share internet connection on other mobile phones as well as on notebook.
I have HTC HD mini as well as HTC HD 2, via bluetooth internet connection works great, not yet tried with other mobile phones.
