Hi All, I'd like to get my XDA EXEC to work with Active Sync, but the CERTCHK from version 2003 no longer works on Windows Mobile 5.0 what can i use?

hi there.....i was lookin up on the net for an update for msn messenger for windows mobile 2003 (o2 xda II) and found one file and installed it but by mistake i installed n older version of msn which was for windows mobile 2002 and wen i uninstalled msn messenger for windows mobile 2002 i didnt have any msn left in my xda II and now i am lookign for a setup or any link or ne help to get the msn messenger back on my o2 xda II (windows mobile 2003)
ne sort of help or suggestions wud be great help.......

hi once again....earlier i had posted that i uninstallled msn messenger from ma o2 xda II by mistake and wanted a setup file or ne sort of help to install it again.....well what i have done now is i have installed the msn messenger for pocket pc 2002 from http://www.download.com/MSN-Messenger-Pocket-PC-2002-/3000-2163_4-10179933.html?tag=lst-0-1 and have updated it with latest update of msn messenger for windows mobile 2003 from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/msnmessenger/ppc-eula03eng.mspx it seems to open up fine no error's nothing.... but i cant seem to login to the msn messenger it gives me invalid username and password where as i have made sure several times that i am typing down the correct information.
any sort of updates on this wud be great help....or ne help to get back to the original msn messenger for windows mobile 2003

hi once again.....allll the setttttings that i mentioned in the second post did work out great....just had to reset my o2 xda II so tht the new settings take effect......
in case in future if ne one does fall into this **** like i did.....then i am sure all the steps i did willl help them out for SURE...

I just bought my XDA 2 and it has Windows Mobile 2003, anyway.... I want to put Aol Instant Messanger on it, http://mymobile.aol.com/portal/pda/index.html (not AOL), will the 2002 version work? =/
use agile messenger

Hi guys, this is my first time to the site, so hope ur all ok.
I am developing an ASP.NET site that is available for use via a normal desktop pc and/or a PDA.
In order to test this i have bought a HP iPAQ hx2700, a XDA mini and a XDA Exec.
I am using the normal (not mobile) asp.net server controls and thye work fine on a normal computer, the iPAQ and the XDA mini, but for some reason they dont work on the XDA Exec?? Anyone know any reason for this? Do i need to upgrade the software on the exec?
Any info would be very grateful. Cheers
H iall i recently bought an XDA exec, but the only thing missing was the install Cd rom so i can conenct it to my pc, do anyone know wheere to get this ?
only thing required is activesync which can be gotten from ms
if you use vista it's called Windows Mobile Device Center you dont need a cd
