With a Jabra BT800 and the attached file, you can have BT voice dial with the click of two buttons!
One button on the BT800, I press the first button, then on the PDA2, I have to press the second button.. This sucks having to press two buttons, especially the one on the PDA2 but, it is ok.
The first button transfers the audio and mic to the BT800.
The second button is a button mapped to the attached program or to a link for that program. You must put the program or the link,(shortcut), in the \windows\Start Menu\Programs for the button mapping settings to see it.
I have tried Fonix and MS and they suck. MS took over the whole dam PPC and Fonix was not accurate.
After training the attached program, (click, settings, Digit Dialling, Adapt digits), the one from the MPX300, (Voicesignal), works better and it is a simple and working program.
Only Jabra BT800?
Cool!
Only the PDA button is not needed... hehe
Do you know if this app only work with Jabra BT800?
I have a Bluespoon AX.
I will try that as soon as possible and post here the results.
One more thing:
The zip have two EXEs, please tell me what are they.
One to the button shortcut and the other?
Which is which?
can i test on my sx66?
Excuse me ... craaazzzyyy ... where can I download the attached files ??? Will it be working on non Jabra device ? Original O2 handsfree perhaps ??? TIA

Because it's YOU that define what button should press.
I'll explain...
You copy the application (or a shortcut to it) to the Programs in start menu folder.
Then, you go to Start Menu > Settings > Buttons and choose what button you want to assign to the application.

On the O2 XDAIIi and the PDA2, any BT headset that transfers the audio to the device when you press the button on the device, should work. You may have to be in Handsfree Mode..
Whenever you see this,

you have the audio and mic transferd to the headset.,
On my wifes MPX300, while in Headset Mode using the HBH662, (strange that it ONLY works that way and not if I add HandsfreeProfileOn in the reg to make it Hands Free Profile!), when you press the button on the Headset, it not only transfers to audio and mic to the headset but also starts the Voicestream program automatically. The MPX300 does this with most headset devices as well, I am just suprized that the Handsfree Profile does not work with the HBH662 because that is the only way caller ID will work.
The MPX300 must have a special driver that also calls up the voicestream program automatically.
Or, if any one knows of a way to change the registry to not only make the audio and mic transfer but also start a program all from a button push on the BT headset, you would win my love and affection!
so how we get this to work on the PDA2K??

You're saying that u can transfer regular audio to the headset, we all know there's a workaround that enables that option, but it doesn't really transfer any audio. When u press the button on the headset, u can actually hear an audio stream (like a hissing sound) but no audio is really transferred. same issue for the microphone.

I understand what you mean about transfer voicefrom PPC to Bt headset.
But in the file that you uploaded.
It includes
- VoiceSignalLauncher.exe
- VoiceSignal .exe
How can I use that file ?

Yes, here is my daughter's friend. She hears music on the BT800.
You can not here her well but she said that she can here music and that she sprayed her self in the face with pepper spray today. (being silly), and then I put the speaker to the mic on the front of the PDA2.
You see, on the PDA2, (most likey on the XDAIIi too), the audio gets transferd to the BT headset when you press the "answer" button when you are not in a phone call.
This is true for the HBH662 and the BT800.
I am sure that the sound is going through the mic on the BT devices.

Put the file on your device, right click on it, select Copy. Go to \Wndows\StartMenu\Programs right click and select Paste Shortcut. You can make a new folder if you want too, it just hast to be there to be mapped to a button.

I've finally ported to XDAs my old project that adds a functionality to the empty button in a "Phone" application, so by pressing it you can select any contact to dial. The program supports contact groups and several phone numbers per contact. The screenshot is:

The program behaves correctly when the call is in progress, so you can "held" a call or perform any other functions mapped to this button.

Mamaich, very nice, I really hated that tiny little box at the bottom. Just played around for a minute but looks good. What do you think about having the categories as boxes (like the dial pad) 2 or 3 in a row that way it would make the one handed approach work better. Just an idea.
Speed Dial
Does this allow system characters (e.g. "#") to be send as a quick dial?
The normal phone operation doesn't support this - it insists that these characters have to be keyed in on the phone keypad - which means I cannot "speed call" my divert / divert-cancel settings.

Probably it is not. I use the same system function that is used by a "Contacts" application to dial a number.
Wow!, that is a really usefull little addon!, thanks for that, i think i am going to find that very usefull,
I assumed the box that popped up in russian on the ppc after installing said to do a reset? as thats what i did and it worked
mamaich, did some more testing. very nice.
I like that I can use the D-pad to scroll up & down through the list then click the center to call and that your app closes once the number is dialed otherwise like the phone app you have to go back and close it after making a call. Would be nice if the left&Right could be use for your back&next. That would make the D-pad fully functional and you would only have to click your contacts button leaving all other control to the D-pad.
Aleternatively your program is not a .exe file so at this point it is not possible to set it to a button(i.e. button 2-contacts). What do you think.
 really useful tool and its free
mamaich ur the man
really utilised that ugly little empty spot in the phone menu this tool seems like its meant to fill up that spot
suggestions
hi, very nice usage of the empty button on the dialer screen.
one suggestion/modification though.
is it possible that if we press that "Contacts" Button, we are also given the option of attaching some 'exe' file to it?
e.g, i use FingerClix a lot, so is it possible that if i click the "contacts" button i assosiate it with FingerClix. and by pressing it, FinderClix launches??
That's a kick ass little addition you did there! Thanks a lot for that.

I'll try to do this. I can try to make my program run when you move the joystick down in the "Phone" application. Like in old Siemens phones.

It is possible to add any function to this button. But it would require additional coding. I don't use FingerClix because it does not have Russian keyboard.
Re: suggestions
I've uploaded a new built to:
http://mamaich.kasone.com/imate/SetupNewENG.rar (only English version).
This build allows you to use joystick right/left to press "Next"/"Back" buttons, pressing joystick down in "Phone" main dialog is mapped to "Contacts" button, and archive includes a program that can be mapped to the "contacts" button.
If you have already installed a previous version of the program you should not uninstall it. This Setup would correctly update the old build.
Known problems:
Uninstall is not working yet. To manually uninstall program you should delete file "\Windows\StartUp\CprogHook.exe", reboot, then uninstall should process fine.
Joystick keys are processed when they are pressed, but normal "Phone" application processes them on "keyup" message (i.e. on release). This can potentially cause duplicated keypresses.

One comment: contacts that have a company name only (and no first/last name) are listed with no name at all in the list. Also, people's names are listed in lastname, firstname order.
Could you make the list display configurable? I prefer John Smith to Smith John, and could you display the company name if there is no personal name?
Perhaps you could provide a list of name display options?
Thanks again

Here is a list of command line parameters:
-toggle - toggle vibrate (i.e. toggle beween sound on mode and vibrate mode);
-on - vibrate mode on (i.e. set vibrate mode);
-off - vibrate mode off (i.e. set sound on mode);
-noforce - do not switch if current state illegal (i.e., for example, if current mode is sound off and you run -toggle sound will stay off);
-togglevs - toggle vibra/silence (i.e. toggle beween sound off mode and vibrate mode);
-togglesnd - toggle sound (i.e. toggle beween sound on mode and sound off mode);
-offall - vibra and sound off;
But in most cases you do not must know this parameters, because, after installing .cab file you can use a links in Programs\ValeraVi\V_Vibrate for executing any of this commands. Also you can assign any command on hardware button, place it on your favorite today programs launcher , execute it at specified time from your favorite scheduler (vibrate mode at morning, sound on mode at evening, sound off mode at night ), etc.
Great Idea but...
Hi,
I have been searching it for a long time!!!!
But I've a Magician with WM2003.. :-(
Do you think it's possible to port it on WM2003?
Thks,
Norby
No, wm2003 do not have functions for changing vibrate mode of device, that i use. May be it is exist some other method, but i do not know. When i was using wm2003 on my BA, for turning vibrate mode on / off i used script for nScriptm that emulate stylus tap's on volume bubble. Not very convenient, but for use in schedulers it is enough. I attach that my script, if you interested , but i think you may need to correct some coordinates of taps and path to ns in .lnk...
Thanks!

Hi.. I was ever looking for something like this... Great you have done this, however, is it possible to control the way the vibrator activated? To further elaborate, for example if I chose music ringtone the vibration doesn't intermit because it's a song tone where there isn't a break. I really wondr if it's ever possible to have the vibration stop intermittently despite the nature of the ringtone chose?
cheers.

But if you mean to change behaviour of v0 srcipt - then no - i do not know how to change it... may be only by using other 3rd paty calledr id software ...
Thanks ValeraVi for your reply. The link you gave me is quite close to what I wanted, it's really useful and interesting, I tried changing v0 to v2, it vibrates just for 2 seconds and stop while the ringtone (because it's a minute long) was still ringing. I'm not sure if it can vibrate for 2 seconds then stop for 1 second then vibrate for 2 seconds again and so on...? (it's something like that that I was trying to find).
I'm not sure of any third party program that has this function, would you recommend any?
thanks bro.

Interesting... I did something similar using Mortscript in combination with the registry hack "Change ringtone/vibrate/LED flash characteristics" on http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Registry .
Basically, for every profiles I want, I made a script. The script changes the above regisry setting (some scripts ask using a yes/no dialog box if I want vibrate on or off). I have added a small twist though: the script also copies the file that is assigned as ringtone:
In one folder, I put all the ringtones I want to use (let's call them ring1, ring2, ...). In a second folder I have copies of these files (let's call these ringA, ringB, ...). The tones ringA, ringB, ... are selected as the ringtones (both for specific contacts as for the general ringtone and sms tone. The scripts for the profiles also include copy instructions, to overwrite the files ringA, ... with files from the folder where ring1, ... are stored. I suspect this will allow me to change ringtones depending on the profile I want (I have included a file with silence, to get the behaviour of call filtering).
As a list optimization, I use the registryhack "Put custom text on bottom-right of Today screen" to display the active profile on the todayscreen.
I say "suspect" for the ringtone changes, as I haven't been able to test if the phone system effectively use the files I replaced though (my device is now sent back a 2nd time for replacement ), or only reads those files once (and caches them somewhere).

My program is not changing anything in the registry. It is using documented API functions for control global sound mode of PPC. This API functions is exist only on WM5.

Thanks...
I used my method with the scripts, as I'm not a software developer but wanted this kind of functionality (scripts seemed to be the easiest way to go). I know it is far less elegant to edit the registry, but no program I found allowed for what I wanted.
What my scripts also allow, is to change the ringtone assigned for specific contacts. In my contacts, some people have their own ringtones assigned in the contacts application (for instance, my colleagues have their own, as does my family).
By using soundfiles which contain only silence, I can have a call filter functionality (e.g. copy a silent soundfile to all ringtones, except for the work-ringtone). Other calls will come through, but will be inaudible (system will play back a silent ringtone).
This filtering was something I miss in most ring-profile softwares I found.
I currently only use the registry setting to be able to make a difference between vibrate or not, but I could get the same functionality using your software...

I do not know where is located in the registry some parameter, which can control global sound mode of device. Thats why i wrote this tool, which (as i mentioned above) is used only documented Windows API functions and do not use registry. If in your script you want to control global sound mode of device - just run my program from your script with desired command line parameters.
Thanks. I've been looking for this tools for my script programming.

with that, getting my ameo this coming friday and looking forward to participating in this section of the forum.

When I was looking at upgrading my Exec (Universal), I held the N95 for all of about 20 seconds before realising I preferred the Ameo - I think it was the naff o/s - last time I used Symbian was s60v2 (on a 6680) and it was just so limp!
I seriously considered the N95 for a while, but my universal kept shouting urgh dirty nasty tat in my ear every time I picked one up..
Then I thought of all the WM software I've bought, so I put it down and played with the Ameo, and it was love..
And hey when you're 6'4" built like a brick ****house you *can* get away with holding the Ameo up to your ear, as it doesn't look too huge when your hands are the size of a gorillas

been reading a lot on the ameo and i think it's a sound device. the 3 megapix cam should be a step up compared to my 1.3 in the mio. for the n95, although it does have a 5megapix cam...you end up decreasing the quality because of battery and memory contraints...so that way it's like you're only using 3 meg out of it's supposedly 5 meg capacity.
in any case, getting my ameo this friday!
Ameo is like brick but if You remember old NMT phones or first GSM - size can be OK.
If your pocket is a little bigger than standard you can use without problems.

Well, actually the last picture is misleading, as it has NO earpiece, just the dual speakers for a speaker phone or a BT headset. Not to mention you look a bit odd holding this thing to your ear.
ei mate
thanks for the photos...gives me an idea of what to expect...and i'm getting my unit this afternoon! woohoo!
by your last pic when you mentioned there wasn't an earpiece...does that mean that you can answer a call by 1) loudspeaker on, or 2) bt?
thanks and cheers
just answered my previous post: you can answer calls via the hands free or a bt headset =)
and with that, got my new dopod u1000 last friday!!!!!!! and to be honest, i love it! in the process of installing the programs i'm most familiar with.
i hope you guys don't mind but i do have 1 question (just one for now =)
this one concerns the soft keys. as you know on the today screen the soft keys are set to "calendar" and "contacts". when i was using a mio there was an app to change the soft key designation. is there one for the ameo? i checked the manual and so far there's nothing there. the settings for system folder doesn't show any either.
i checked the posts and i sincerely apologize if i missed a topic on this one. if possible, i wanted to change the left soft key to phone so as i can have easy access. for now i've set it to hardware button 4.
cheers
Hi Robson,
If it's anything like other WM5 devices, it'll require a registry hack to change the soft key allocation.
Have a search for that...
Good luck with it. I get my HTC Advantage later this week hopefully.

5-Owner Information
6-Phone

9-Today
10-Voice Speed Dial
Just re-read this thread - I see it's the Dopod u1000 - you threw me when you mentioned ameo in your last but one post.
It must just be a difference in the ROM.
oops, sorry mate! didn't think there was much difference between the ameo / dopod / advantage. wonder if the program to change the soft key designation is already present in the dopod...and the .lnk is simply not shown. and i wonder if putting in a copied .lnk for the soft key app (from the ameo) would work on the dopod...
Would that work with it being a control panel item? I'll have a dig around this evening when I get back from work. I suspect it may be beyond my technical level of expertise though..
don't worry, i'm in the same boat as you are when it comes to these things =) if you could try using file explorer and scan around the windows folder. if there's a file related to soft keys then maybe that's it. if you can copy and post the file that would be great.
from your post, the soft key button is in the settings folder. unfortunately neither the activesync explorer or the unit's file explorer can see these files. i use spb plus which gives me some of the setting links. maybe a similar file is in the windows folder.
thanks in advance
cheers
re: the soft keys. i figured it out =) i was fiddling around with some software and i installed spb mobile shell out of curiousity....and presto...the app allows you to remap the soft keys!
thanks again for the inputs
cheers
A2DPTOGGLE 1.1
This software will install as a today or home plugin and offer the user the possibility of instantly switching the audio between Device Speaker, A2DP Stereo Headsets and Speakerphone.

What’s new in 1.1?
- 1.1 can be used with Smartphones as well
- Battery power consumption reduced
- Improved interface
- additional parameters for A2DP.exe
- speakerphone support
Installation
Visit http://www.teksoftco.com section Freeware and download A2DPToggle CAB file. To learn how to install a CAB file on your device, see http://www.teksoftco.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3714#3714
Configuration
After A2DPToggle is installed, you will need to pair your A2DP Wireless Stereo Device (Headset, Loudspeaker) to your Windows Mobile device.
The A2DP Device must support the service called "wireless stereo" or "audio/video". Make sure you select one of these services when pairing.
The Interface
This software comes with a sophisticated “alphablended” interface that will integrate perfectly in your today screen.
For the Pocket PC version, there are two layouts that can be used, a big fingerfriendly one, and a small layout, to save today space.
With the A2DP device paired, you can use the Play and the Stop buttons in the plugin interface. Only one of these two buttons will be visible at a time, stop, if A2DP is enabled and start if A2DP is disabled. This change comes to save some interface space.
Next to the Start/Stop button there is a Speakerphone button that you can use to enable/disable the speakerphone while in a phone call.
The third button opens the Settings Panel. signal indicator that will show your bluetooth link status.
There are two indicators as well, one for the status of the A2DP device: OK (when the pairing is correctly completed and the headset is connected to the device), Err (when the headset is not yet paired) and Off (when the headset is out of the device's Bluetooth coverage radius, or when the headset is turned off/disconnected). To be able to use "Start/Stop", this status indicator must show OK.
The second indicator shows the Bluetooth status.
The Settings Panel:
"Handle Bluetooth automatically" would turn bluetooth on when you press start (play), and off when you press stop.
"Execute file after start" would run the specified application when you press "Start/Play", by default this is set to Media Player.
"Fingerfriendly GUI" allows you to switch between the two layouts presented above.
Tested on Imate Ultimate 8150/wm6.0, HTC Universal WM5.0, eten m600+/wm5.0.
Smartphone support
From this version, A2DP Toggle can be installed on Smartphones as well (no touchscreen).
To toggle the A2DP mode on and off use the Icon in Programs. Tap on it to enable A2DP then tap again to disable it.
A2DP.exe Parameters
You can execute this module directly. The supported parameters are:
A2dp.exe –bluetooth: on|off [-a2dp: on|off] [-spk] [-switch]
Parameters:
Bluetooth enables/disables the Bluetooth radio
A2dp enables/disables voice routing to headset
Spk enables/disables speakerphone
Switch enables/disables A2DP
Using A2dp.exe without parameters is the same as using the –switch parameter.
Details regarding internal functionality
The devices that support A2DP (most wm6.0 bluetooth devices), come with 2 audio drivers installed:
1) The "Audio Output" Driver (supported since ppc 2002)
2) The "Bluetooth Advanced Audio Output" Driver, that is responsible of sending audio data over a L2CAP Bluetooth connection, as per A2DP protocol
When the user connects a Stereo A2DP headset, and selects the "Wireless Stereo" profile, the Bluetooth Adv. Audio Output becomes the nr. 1 audio output route, and is indexed as the First audio driver. Any application will output sound by using that driver.
The problem is that sometimes we are already listening to audio in the device's speakers, and then suddenly we want to switch the output to our a2dp headsets - this is sometimes problematic, as the First audio driver changes from "Audio Output" to "Bluetooth Adv. Audio Output" and the applications currently playing audio need to be restarted.
For such issues, we've provided a tool, as freeware, that will install as a today plugin and offer the user the possibility of instantly switching the audio between Device Speaker and A2DP Stereo Headset.
It is designed for WM5.0/WM6.0 and above, Microsoft Bluetooth stack, please download it and let us know how it works for you.

Any feedback on this?
I really like this tool, but I need to put Broadcom/Widcom Stack on my device to work with my headset.. So can you please make a version compatible with broadcom stack? Thank you
I have been previous version for long time and I really really like it. Very handy program for those have a BT headphone for music.
Now, for this verison. The finger friendly version is good but takes more today space hence your compress version
For suggestion for the small version.
Buttons are too small. Maybe just widen the buttons like previous versions? (there are still space on the far right hand side.)
Thank you.
I love the idea, only with this today plugin your are competing with manilla. For that, and those users, i advice standard icons for switching all the options. So i can add those to the programs tab
Edit:
I see a shortcut added directly to the start menu, my bad. Though i opt not for the start menu only, it should be at least also in the programs folder and maybe even a sub folder with all possible switches per icon.

This is a very good idea, next version will create a Shortcut Group, as you said, for all the available switches. Thanks!
I've heard that skype is working only with the speaker of the device.. with this app it's possible to swap the conversation to the speakerphone?
This is a great tool, since I can use this with M2D. If you add icons to the Programs group then the tool is even better, but I just decomposed the install and added my shortcuts to get this functionality...not hard at all.
One other question. In your registry setup you have a reg entry called ExecPath, which points to WMP. What is the use for this reg entry, and can it be changed to my media player of choice instead?
Steve
Thanks......
Have you fixed the bug which crashes my Touch Pro when used with TouchFlo3D running?

the speakerphone button can be used while talking on the phone.
skype output goes to the speakerphone by default, phone conversations go to the earpiece speaker.

Thanks. Shortcuts should be added soon, but I'm waiting for more ideas before making a new release.
ExecPath is used by the a2dptoggle today plugin, if option "Execute file after Start" is enabled, after pressing Start the path in ExecPath is executed, and yes you can change this to your fav player.

Not yet. I need to search this forum and see if TouchFlo3D can be installed on other devices then intended.
BTW: you can enable DebugMode from the registry, by settings the key :
HKLM\Software\Teksoft\A2DPToggle\EnableDebug to 1. Then reset the device and notice the log files in the root of the device. Run a few tests then send me the files.

Anyone else tested this together with touchflo?
I'm using Widcomm/Broadcom Stack 1.7.1 Build 3400 you can download here.
I installed your programm and it shows [Err] on the Headset Icon and [Off] on the BT Icon, but BT is on!
I really love your programm but I have to use this stack, cause with MS Stack I can't hear music..
Received my HD2 today and was able to install Voice Command 1.6 (the full retail version). Installation produced an error and while the program is installed and operable, I have found no way to attach Voice Command to a long button press for the Answer button of the phone. I did find the settings for Button Assignments, but cannot make any changes. Any suggestions?
BTW, this is running on the T-Mobile USA network. Works great and has synced with Windows Mobile Device Center on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Voice Commander
Same problem here. Did you find a solution? Or have any other XDA members got any ideas?
Hi, same question here, how would someone activate voice command on htc hd2? I've even tried "voldpad" but no success...
I really hope there is an answer for this one...
P.S. the only way i got it to work is with my old nokia bluetooth headset. still would be nice to activate it without it.
There's another thread on Voice Command. In my case T-Mobile (USA) and got set up beautifully using Windows 7. Error on loading otherwise OK. I can initiate VC from my Bluetooth headset but all replies come out of the handset speakers.
I'm sure I read about someone using AEButton and mapping VC to a long press of the Windows button.
Left softkey for MS Voice Command
Here is the way to change the homekeys IN TFLO 3D.
Guys, here's a solution to your problem. Map the left softkey to Voice Command rather than having it activate the phone. The phone can be activated using the end call button which sits just below the left softkey. Better to use left softkey for something more useful. Here's how to do it:
In a registry editor, go to:
HKLM/Software/HTC/manila/
Here is:
HomeLSKAguments Change to "Voice"
HomeLSKPath, which is the left softkey (Standard = Phone) Change to "\Programs\Voice Command\VoiceCmd.exe"
And
HomeLSKText = Left softkey text Change to "Voice" or whatever text you wish to use.
Don't use the punctuation marks as above, no need. Just type the text as above.
Exit the registry editor app. & then soft reset & Voila! You can now activate MS Voice Command from your left softkey.
Will it work in other languages?

MS Voice Command problems!
MS Voice Command problems!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have some problems with the Ms Voice Command:
I had installed two of the CABs of this program, which I had found here in one of the threads:
"Microsoft.Voice.Command.v1.6.21725.cab"
"MSVC-1.0 Control.cab" (for setting the "TFlo3d Phone key" to the "Voice Command Button").
I also set to "Set rate to 1 Slower" and "Increase the volume to 5"
The problems:
1. The play-back/response of the program is very fast and usually can't be understood.
2. When I'm Trying to call by saying a phone number (e.g. "Dial 04-818-2905"), the program doesn't understand my command numbers and repeats a wrong number. Someone said that it happens because I'm using maybe the US version and I have to use the UK one. Any one know how can I get a UK version?
3. I lost my hope and I'm trying to remove the program, but I'm getting an announcement that the program can't be fully uninstalled. Practically the program isn't removed. I made a few reboots, I made reinstall, I set the "TFlo3d Phone key" back to "phone" (it's still functioning as a "Voice Command Button").
Can someone help me with one or some of those problems? especially with removing the program, before I'll need no make a full-reset

1. The playback can be adjusted in the registry as follows:
Go to HKCU\Software > Microsoft > Speech > Voices & change 'DefaultTTSRate' form 5 to 4 or 3. Mine is set to 4 & works fine.
2. I purchased UK retail version from Handango.
Should mention that VC works on the 1st time its opened as it should i.e. everything announced through the headset then the commands are repeated through the device speaker.

I have voice Command working through my bluetooth. But if I initiate it from my bluetooth it will only come out of my handset. But I copied and pasted voicecmd.exe as a shortcut in my "windows/start menu/Programs" so it would show up in the start menu then assigned one of my quick links to voicecmd. When I initiate the voice command from my phone it will then will play through my bluetooth. It is a bit irritating to have to use it this way but has been working well for me after getting use to it.

Thanks for this tip. I will give this a go... voice dialing without looking at, or fiddling too much with my device was the key reason for using MSVC... this is the best workaround I have seen so far. I will try use this with AE button plus as well and perhaps assign a long press to volume up to activate it....
I do hope they sort this rubbish out! It really shouldn't be like this. I used MSVC on my Diamond2 running a LEO rom with 6.5 and Sense (Dutty's HGR6)... I NEVER had any problems... what the heck is going on here? Perhaps its due to the BT stack? I have another BT headset arriving soon... a Motorola Endeavour HX1 which is fairly new... I will report and see if it makes a difference when I get it....
Edit: I tried this with my Nokia BH-801.... and it didnt work Arrrrggghhh!!! I am so disappointed When I tap the VC icon on the HD2, sound and mic is still via the HD2 (untill the call is activated... then it works via the headset). It works the same way via the BT headset too... I press the button on the BT headset and all sounds and mic pickup is via the HD2 as well.... till the call activates and then it goes via the headset....
I´ve installed the german version of voice commander, 160.422 with radio 2.06.51. and i can´t understand a word, it´s to fast.
I´ve also tried the mcvc-control program and changed the speed to 1, made direct changes in the directory with no effects, i can´t understand anything, and so its a little bit dufficult to react with the program.
The program itself seems to be ok, but how can i slow down this runnig messages?
