Hi guys
ok guys i've done MKS Bigstorage on my mini but now i decided to revert it back to normal
i hard reset my mini done all the softwware.. restore back
first time i went to the MMS Setting > Server (1st time) i can go in
2nd time i cant go in anymore.. hangs me @ the Preferences
if i dont press the red button(end Call) my mini hangs there no moving any more..
DO u guys face my problems ?

Can anyone help me out i was trying to downloading a new software upgrade for my mda pro and the computer froze on me no the phone is stuck with the screen saying with no light on serial at the top of it and at the bottom it say v2.01 but when i put the usb cable in or charge it it says usb on the screen instead of serial.The programme crash and now i cant ger out of that screen ive just told u about.I can do i hard restet and the light goes on saying press 0 to restore factory default and press x to exit.
When i press 0 it just goes back to the 1st screen i jst told u abt.With no light on and cant get light on or do anything with it.HELP i think when the update crashed on me it crashed the phone to and just kept on that screen with the serial on it.ACTIVE Sink will not work anymore when i put cable into the comptuer with my phone so updaing my phone agine will not work.Can anyone please point me in the right place to fix this promblem.Many thanx mono33

Hi, i installed a new rom for my mda pro from the t-mobile site, but when it had finished i pressed the reset before the count down ran out on the installin tmobile crap. but then when it restarted i couldnt use the web or mms (i tried 2 enter the settings manually) but theis didnt work is there any way around this problem?? any help would be great thanks
I Have an orange branded touch dual, its unmodified in any way, i installed the spb mobile shell version 2.1 to the fone memory, i was playin arround with the tabs on the home screen trying to put my orange options in one of the tabs, i was given a warning that it wasnt compatible wiv this software but i acciently selected ok!!
now when i boot my fone up it boots to the home screen n then freezes the screen or the buttons wont work so im unable to navigate to the hard reset option, i tried to connect to active synk to flash a new rom but it connect 4 a second then disconnects
does anyone have any ideas how i can solve this problem or is my fone bricked? your help would me much apreciated

Wooooooohoooooo av sorted it i found a thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=415049 that told me how to hard reset it
my gene is giving a weird problem whenever i got a call on my phone it gets restarted...... help needed asap.... tried using differents SIM but the problem still persist
just do hard reste......but listen
1remove memor card.....
2take the backup if necessery....
now steps for hard reset.........
3then hold "-" & "-" buttons (upper buttons of call(green) & cut(red)) + hold switch ON button,while holding these 3 buttons "reset" ur phone by using ur stylus....
4then phone will ask u to format.....
5then press call(green) button....
all the best......
what if the hard reset doesnt solves the problem??

have u done hard reset properly......
remember when u r on hard reset screen u have to press only green button....when u press green button then it will show "formatting FAT partition"..
have u seen this.....?
ya it showed the FAT partition thing on the screen
@ameetbora Do you use a customized ROM for your GENE? If that is the case, you may need to use another stable ROM as some of the customized ROMs have bugs and the phone application may hang / crash while you receive a call.

hi friends,
I have recently done the ROM update from Tmobile website and after few days ie today when i was using camera and uploading to contact photos the system suddenly gets freezed!! when i press the windows buton it shows but when i touch any icons it doesnt open and am not able to go to the HOME page...I have restarted but it still happens
has anyone faced this issue?? any suggestions or solutions appreciated
or is it gud to flash to ROM?

have you tried a hard reset? don't forget to backup.
