KSE true fax will make a special trueFax for XDA II.
This was the answer I got from its Customer Service.
"Right now KSE Truefax 2.0 Phone Edition only supports the XDA I (with Pocket PC 2002 OS).
We hope to have a version available for Windows Mobile 2003 soon. Please check our download website 2nd week of December for news. "
The same with Vito Voice Dialer PE: waiting for an upgrade to XDA II !
Thanks !
Dear,
WARNINGS: Don't even think of trying KSE trueFax on your XDA II since you'll have to do a full reset after then.
Cheers,
Hi there,
I wanted to test WM 2003 on my XDA 1 with 32 MB, but I see a few Probs:
1. I don't know where to find it
2. It would be very nice if somebody could cook a spezial Version to use as much of the Flash memory as possible.
I have my XDA for about one month now and there are two annoying things with it:
1. Can not separately adjust Volume of the Phone :-(((((
2. Can not adjust brightness of the display.
Maybe anyone of you can help me further.
Would be great. Thanx.

The brightness cannot be adjusted on xda1 as far as I know.

Hi,
I'm using a MDA II (T-Mobile) and a O2 card.
I'm interessted in umgrading to a O2 rom but I'm afraid of loosing warranty. I'm not afraid that something should be wrong by flashing the o2-rom to my XDA II but I have 2 years warranty left and in that time some other things may happend to my system that I must use the warranty.
So I need the O2 settings of the O2 rom to use MMS, WAP, GPRS,... Which file of the O2 rom have stored these settings?
There are a lot of files in that rom, what are these all for?
I coppied allready the homezone tool which works fine on my XDA II (don't start automatically - coppied to autostart but don't start , only manual start works - somone a sollutions for that?).
Does anyone know for what all the programs in my startfolder are for? There are a lot of entried which will fast system... But I don't want to find it out by trieing....
Does anyone knows a good simulation for the XDA II to test software. I dont' want to put all on my life system and delete again. I thing the regestry will grows bigger and bigger....
Erik
Found this useful tool for disconnecting GPRS and actually adding a "Disconnect" button to your connection windows. That's not all, it actually counts the connection duration just like XDA-I.
p.s. tested on XDA II only.
i'm a newb, how do you install it, i have an XDA II. =/, its a cab and i unzipped it on my comp and i have two files.

Hi,
Copy the cab file directly to XDA II using active sync and then run it using file explorer of XDA II. Cab files are directly is run on Pocket PC. PC unzipper is of no use here.

Does it fork for the MAGICIAN too?
Regards,
Primoz
Great cab works fine on my Jam so should work on magician.
Works on the XDA IIs (Blue Angel), except for 'Turn off GPRS if device is not used.....' doesn't seem to do anything.
Anyone tried it on O2 mini and xdaIIs ?
It works on all pocket pc phone edition devices with windows mobile 2003 or higher. If you are using an older os you should throw it away

GPRS monitor in my opinion sucks. I could never get that SPB program to work worth a dawm. But GB Tweak works great.

All my previous talk of we shouldn't have 2005 discussions and files on xda-dev still stands...
