Bootscreen changing

In this case of my O2 XDA orbit 2, I wanna change the first screen when starting up (the bootscreen, shows an O2 image with firmware, radio, rom info, etc, version info in the corner).
I've already searched and all I could find was info for changing the second splash screen and the option for having an animated image.

So I'm asking once and for all for me and others as well. Can it be changed and if so how?
Try Advanced Configuration Tools 3.3.0
Download link:
http://www.touchxperience.com/downl...ion-tool/Advanced_Configuration_Tool_v3.3.cab
to enable, disable, change boot screens etc..
personally I did not test it I Use the Tool Above for other purposes, but I saw there is also this option...
..........OR...........
Just use the artemis splash screen tool 0.7.1
It is a .NET Framework 3.5 application - you need the Microsoft runtimes.
Also do not forget the USPL flash
For me.. when i upgraded to different ROMS.. it automatically changed all the tym.. so now the default blue o2.. is nowhere..

Am golden now. It worked differently with the 3 different roms i was running. Now I've changed the initial bootscreen and the animated one. All's left is the secondary boot screen (this is usually the windows screen)

4 Color Stripes @ Boot

I was finally able to upgrade a new SX66 from WM2003 to WM6.5 After upgrading my phone when it boots shows the 4 Color Stripes. How am I able to change that when my device does a soft boot or a hard boot....
Any suggestions is well needed
you canĀ“t change the colour-striped bootscreen... on all roms upwards wm 5.0 you have to live with it. many people would like to change their bootscreen - but no one have an idea how to do...
you can't chance this.... is not possible!
EDIT: to late ;-)
Okay I was just checking.... I remember back in 2006 when I had this phone the ROMS that came out had a bootscreen included in the ROM instead of how it is now - when it boots from soft reset or popping the battery back on it comes the 4 color stripes.
After looking at other forums, I realize the screen that I'm trying to replace is the splash screen on the SX66... Is there any creators working on this???
no, like d-two said, it is just not possible.
right, "Splash screen" no problem "boot screen" not possible!!!
Your question was answered multiple times already. No need to triple post (in fact, it is not allowed )

[Q] How to change dft screen?

Hi, I've taken my time looking for some info about that but I haven't found nothing related.
How to change dft boot logo screen? I've changed splashscreen and boot animation but this screen... I don't know how to do it.
Thanks a lot!
Regards.
Up the post!
I don't think it's a hard question. At least, I would like to know the path where dftlogo.bmp is.
Regards.
bootanimation.zip (located: system/customize/resource)
Thanks Angeldeath but I've changed the bootanimation and dft screen persists. Dft screen is the screen between Android boot and bootanimation screen. I wonder if there is a way to change it...
Thanks for the help.
Actually believe it or not, thats how I got rid of mine, will look into it more, just thought of something else, might have to do with the framework-res.apk file, have to look into that file, but dont hold me to it.

[i9505] change the splash screen

hi
i i want to change the splash screen not the boot animation but is on directly on the bootloader, i find the picture on the binary but want i change it the flash fail. someone can help me ?
any one have alverady chenge the splash screen ?
thinks for you help
Why is it so important to change the splash screen?
You only see that screen for a few seconds, and only when you reboot the device. Going through the trouble of changing the splash screen doesn't really seem worth it.
