It looks like the allinone unlock tool form this iste, but the idiots claiming it will unlock an exec and jasjar, but not MDA pro or m5000, hmmmm I wonder why?!!!!! Why would you need to unlock a phone that is already unlocked? Honestly these guys have no scruples they want shooting. Either that or they should get themselves a proper job, rather than scamming people!

My first feedback is from the guy who sold me my MDA PRO, that was the first thing I bought and the second feedback is from the guy selling the unlock tool, that's a total of 2 items I bought on eBay with 2 sellers... How on earth could I dupe "SEVERAL SELLERS" :lol:

On my Win XP Pro machine and my MDA PRO it says "invalid program" or something.
Without even looking at that or downloading it I am guessing it is a PocketPC app to be executed on the device. I bet it's been stolen from here... LOL! :lol:

According to the Wiki the same application for Hermes can unlock the Artemis, but I have tried it several times and it does not work.
With one of them I got a "SIM Lock Code", but I entered it when I inserted another SIM and it said it was not valid. I tried again and wrong again. Since then every time it says that I have already tried twice to enter the Network code.
Is there a way to sim-unlock without paying the 28eur?
Is the structure of Artemis so much different than the other HTC?
Anyone accepting the challenge to adapt Pof's applications?

MDA Compact III Sim unlock

I recently purchased the imei-chech unlocker which worked great but cost me £20 . A few months later the phone developed a power problem, so I got it replaced under warranty. Which meant my new phone needed unlocking. DOH!
My question is if I post the unl. file with my old IMEI number in it can any programmers out there modify the file to accept a different imei. I have the software to unlock the MDA it just requires a unl. file with the correct IMEI.

Yes there is a thread on unlocking on the Dev section of the Dream forum. Try searching there some more, as I saw one UK thread that had a little info.

Heres a link to a sim unlocking thread that deals with the US G1, but I imagine it's prob pretty similar.
The only way to get a free code is by having a t-mobile customer to get one for you. One of your friends, or anyone kind enough to get you one from xda. I'm hoping I can find someone as well.
