Is there a way I can change the sensitivity of the micro for making calls? People I call find my voice volume is rather low... Btw, does it change automatically when I change the phone speaker volume (so lowering the speaker volume also lowers the microphone sensitivity)?

Hi
I have an odd problem with my XDA2s.
If I play a media file the speaker and wired headset volume is fine.
If i make or receive a call the volume is very low (even when set at maximum on both the XDA and the wired headset).
Has anyone seen this problem before or is aware of a fix?
Cheers,
The in call volume level isn't controlled by the sliders at the top of the screen but by the volume hardware slider on the side of the phone during a call. Try just pushing it up during a call.
just tried to use the speaker phone for the first time and the volume is extremely low! i set all my volumes to max so now where is the speaker phone setting hiding out at?
hello, the sound of music listening is loud enough for me..
is there a way to make the volume loud even for phone calls through headset.
As far as I know, you can't increase the volume of your phone calls any more than the maximum of your 'In Call' volume (accessed by sliding the volume slider during a call). There may be a registry hack that can push the volume above this limit, but you run the risk of frying your phone speaker in the process.
I don't like the fact that I have to turn the volume up once I switched from speaker to earpiece and the opposite.
I don't know if it's only me, but this volume call using earphones is very low, I can barely ear the other side.
As I've to use them for professional purposes, I'm asking if I can change any configuration to increase the volume call.
