Where can I get an XDAII ?

I live in the Netherlands. Does anybody know how to get an XDAII? I tried at the O2 online shop but I can't get it done. Since we don't have O2 in Holland anymore it has to be simlock free.

What's the diffrence between the two. I see XDAII and MDA II, diffrence EUR 100.00 ?
I do not read Italian very well. And do not understand how I can buy it directly.

the difference is the OS language, the MDA is in German the XDA is in English.

New G3B1 thumbkeyboard in sweden.

The dealer for Qtek 2020 in sweden, is now selling the thumbkeyboard!
Earlier, they had no drivers and no thumbkeyboard units, but now they are
on stock. I bought mine from Http://www.fyndborsen.se good prices, and fast delivery!
Its like a new life on the Qtek 2020 have just begun, i cant live without
this keyboard..

Can't Register Clubimate

Hey all.
recently got my XDA II mini and while trying to register at clubimate i get an error saying my IMEI is wrong.
clubimate supprt says i need to check with distributor (friend bought it in Thailand while on a trip before the tzunami so its not possible).
did anyone else came across this problem?
what can i do?

I think that they mean that for support you need to go back to your distributor or sales outlet. The reason why your IMEI is not accepted is probably because it's an XDA Mini IMEI, and not an i-Mate JAM IMEI. DO not forget that the IMEI identifies the device al the way down to the company that sells them, in your case O2 (XDA), in other cases T-Mobile (MDA Compact) or Qtek (100s). They just limit access to iMate support to real iMate devices.
To be honest, I am not suprised, and actually I don't disagree with their policy. On clubimate they support devices that they have sold, not devices that have been sold by other companies. When I still had my MDA compact, I could not register at Club Imate either, but when I bought a real JAM, I could.

i actually do have an XDA2Mini.. not an imate device.
therefor, where can i get support? (updates/patch/whatever)

Sorry, but this is quite an old news. The MDA 4 have already been on ebay, with the same option. You buy this device and got it delievered when T-Mobile will deliver them. So you may be one of the first users, but until now there isn't a release date for this device.

So German is dutch then? What is German then? maybe German is what they speak in Norway or would that be Norwegian?

german rom to english one?

hello everyone. i hope my question isn't 'off-topic'.can somebody please tell me when there will be an english rom that could substitute the german one provided with the mda vario that comes from t-mobile?the reason is that i would like to change the german rom with the english one,because i do not speak german but i bought the phone from germany where i was the past weekend.thank you all in advance!

I am not sure, but the Qtek 9100 or I-Mate K-Jam ROMs should be pretty much useful for U, if you can get them.
Wher the hell did you buy the MDA vario in Germany? I am living here and I can not get it. When I was trying to order it from T-mobile I was told on the phone, that the units will be available on January 18, 2006 ! C R A Z Y ! !

to all of you asking from where i got it let me tell you that i bought from dusseldorf from a cousin of mine.but from what i know many people got through the net from well known german sites! but what i am asking is if there is an english rom to change the german one?please if someone knows...

Officially no "cousins" :shock: and no well known german sites do sell the Vario in Germany, yet. If you really have it - U R LUCKY!
@ fut. problem: You could also try the US ROM form the US-version of the Vario. Maybe using the miniSD card and the backup software /w "backup/restore All data".

I just bought MDA Vario and have the same problem(((( everything is in dutch PLUS it's sim-locked. ANYONE HELP!!!!!!!!!

maybe you do not have the right people in the right places if you know what i mean.but still the reason that i wrote this topic is different and you are not helping with your answers. can you help?otherwise let others help those with a question or a problem.as you can see i am not the only one...
