Now I find a new rom in Belgium, I would like to Flash my S100 with
But I get the COUNTRY ID ERROR
How can I fix this?
I see in my DeviceData.txt : T-MOB101
How can I change the provider in order to have my S100 Flash correctly ?
Do I have to go to all the SD things ?

There is a new (yet unpublished version) of ER2003Edit. It uses Itsme's Perl script for decoding/encoding. This script does not calculate checksums correctly, so you can edit the ROM, but the AlUpgradeUT.exe fails with checksum error.
Anyone able to fix the script...?
Today we can upgrade 2020i with rom from different contry.
use a tools from xda_dev "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" in place of "AlUpgradeUt.exe". It's work fine, i used it to change my ExtendRom from DANGAARD to BRIGHPOINT

I understand that I have to put "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe" in place of "AlUpgradeUt.exe" in the directory where the temp files are extracted and continue. I understand that I can change my ROM to O2 by doing so.
But for any reason if this fails I may need the original QTEK ROM.
Is there anyone who has the address to download the original ROM for QTEK 2020i?

I'm trying to upgrade my SPV M1000 (orange) from WM2003 to WM2005.
I've downloaded the software but when I tried to install it the following error message comes up:
"ERROR 120 : COUNTRY ID ERROR
The ROM image you are trying to use is not designed to work with your pocket pc. Please check the vender web site and downlaod the correct ROM update"
Does anyone know what to do and where to download the correct rom? I hope it's something simple because I'm a newbie

Prior to the ROMs being removed from the XDA ftp, i grabbed a complete backup of everything Herald related (and some other bits)
Currently running this ROM on both my own, and my girlfriends Herald, and it works like a charm.

and i tryed the other solution also and it didn't work
