Reset Call Duration Timer

Hi,
I have an XDA2, is it possible to rest the call timers at all?
I have recieved a "new" XDA2 from eBay, but the current incoming call duraction is 1193046hr. 27 minutes  while outgoing is 0.
Craig.
That is funny... A quick math reveals your phone has been used continuously for more than 136 years...
But to offer some help, go to the Phone application, go to Call history, and then on the command bar, select the menu Tools -> Call Timers
-edit- and press the Reset button
Once you have received and made your first call the timers will begin to register correctly.
Cheers for the quick replies, but i have a little problem, i cannot find what you are talking about!
Could you give me some simple steps if possible, Start> Settings> etc etc
Cheers,
Craig.
Oh,
I have found what you were on about, but the timers there were at 0. I hit the reset button anyway and made a quick call, but i still have that massive call duration in the "device information".
Craig.
I too had the same HUGE call duration figure but, as cruisin-thru said, once I made & received a couple of calls, the timers reset themselves & now show the correct usage times.
Guess its just an issue with the phone software, as I purchased mine from O2 as an upgrade.
Ah, i have just recieved a phone call, and the timers have reset.
Very strange.

reset call timers

dear all
is there are any way to reset the call timers
thanks in advance
afaik it would appear you can only reset the recent calls timer. At least through the programs on menus. There may be a registry hack to clear the ALL CALLS timer.
hmmmmmmm
i don't think so.....
when i flashed mine, from v.1.60 to 1.72 the counter remained active and no zeros....
i think they might be on a diferent epromm....

How to Reset all call timers ?

My Qtek s100 has gone faulty. The sound from the earpice has become erratic, seems like a dodgy connection inside.
In order to return it I wish to reset all the call timers to zero on it. I can reset the recent calls but not all calls. Help please !

Hermes don't vibrate when ringing using vibra mode WM5

Hey guys anyone knows how to troubleshoot this? I have a hermes100 and it doesn't vibrate when set to vibra mode when someone calls me. I'm not using any third party software for the ringtone, just the default one. It vibrates before when someone is calling me but it crashed one day and doesn't anymore.
It would be nice to post your help! Thanks!

If you have not recently changed any settings and you have done a soft reset then you may have a hardware issue.
You have choices:
1
Hard reset to confirm a hardware problem - if it still does not vibrate assume hardware
2
Have it looked at under warranty
3
Take the back off (Warranty Voiding) to tweak the motor contacts.
If you do not want to hard reset you could go straight for No3.
This issue, if it's the hardware one has been raised in threads already

How to reset incoming / outgoing call time

hello,
can someone tell me how (like registry-way) i can reset the call time of incoming and outgoing calls?
best regards, giRaM
I may be wrong, but I've had WM devices before where these timers somehow survived a hard reset. I'm not sure it is possible to reset these.
hard reset doesn't work. and thats why i'm asking for other ways, like reg-edit or others.
best regards,
giRaM
