Did anybody something heard about a release date for the XDA IIi

According to the press released by O2...it should be out end of December or January. I would think it should be out end of January or early February

Apparantly two independant sources have speculated a U.S. S2 release date of July 24th.
Remember, far from official.

I think the Captivate was released on the 17th of July last year. Just a guess, but I think the 22nd would be a good guess, weekend for displays and such, but then again the captivate was release on a Saturday. LOL

The only thing of meaning in that article was the quote from a Samsung exec saying the SGS2 will be released in the U.S. in August. On what carrier is still a mystery.
I just want to point out that one of my suppliers in HK are saying that the Note can be arriving by end of September. Believe it or not, up to you. Hopefully, their update is true.
If that's the case then I'm sure there releasing for U.S for all carriers on October 21

They need to announce it soon then
Most retailers here show an expected release around 27th September. There's some on 26th, 28th, 1st Oct, 3rd, but most show late next week. If that's the case then by next week I'll have what to do.
I heard many release dates for the T Mobile Note 2. I heard Oct 24th, Oct 25th, Early Nov, Mid Nov. I hope it doesn't get delayed till Nov.

Internal memo to T-Mobile Stores say Oct 24th.
Samsung announcement on Oct 24th (will they release same day as they announce? I dunno)
Sprint announce release on Oct 25th
AT&T rumor release in November
T-Mobile image of Note II on website has the date Nov 15th on it (I would disregard this one).
Pick your poison. Although a commenter on Tmonews.com said that he works for T-Mobile and that he already got training on the Note II via a Samsung representative.

It's nothing, look at the Galaxy Note 2 product pages, and the screen says on the mock up of the device: Nov 15. That's the least robust rumor out there .
But this thread should be merged with the availability thread for T-Mobile... In case you didn't see it, demo devices are being shipped out to stores:

And i confirmed this with my own local store and the rep also told me that she was waiting for the phone and that it should be out within 2 weeks (November 2nd the latest, but I have a feeling it should be out by next week... at least that's what i tell myself... pick the closest rumored release day and just hop to the next closest rumored release date so I can tell myself that I can do it and that it's going to come out in the next couple of days each time I'm proven wrong)

We figure that's for the WP8 devices since Microsoft is hosting their own Windows Phone 8 release party that day.
Unearthed this little gem, Google's press sheets for the releases today. Apparently, "Late October" means October 29th. Thanks, Google, for giving us the details earlier but gosh it stinks to still have to wait for the end of the October to get it. Trick or Treat guys.
