Go to start/programs/autoconfig/choose smart in the dropdown list. press ok and you are set.

I've got a problem:
In my ROM doesn´t appears the "GPRS SuspendMode" application in settings, and I need that when I turn off the xda keep the GPRS connection on.
Someone knows how to do that, or how to install the "GPRS SuspendMode" application??

Does anybody know how to save your connection settings (MMS and network) in WM5? Whenever I do a hard reset, all these settings have to be re-inputted.

i ahve the xda2i with wm5 on it and in the settings/system/ there is a perminant save tab click this and tick the network check box that should solve youre problem.

Is there anyway to switch my gprs, hsdpa, 3g off, so they can NEVER turn on automatically?
So i cannot update stocks, the weather, or go on the internet without permission or only with wifi!!?

You could use NoData or delete all Your GSM Provider Connection Settings.

Hi -just go to Settings > Connections (tab on the bottom)
Then click Connections icon and go to Advanced (tab on bottom)
Hit " New" Internet connection (box at the top)
Type in any name you want with no settings ,then click OK ,ect.
Next time you click on the weather or internet it will come up with an "connection error "
hehe!
I mistakenly thought the weather was free - i'll look out the window now.

Hi! I cant get GPRS to work with my Norweighan Lebara refill. I simply cant find the settings ANY WHERE on their website! They have it set up so that if I want to have the settings I have to use a program called Featurebooster. But it doesnt work!
So I was wondering if maybe someone know the settings so that I can add them manually?
This is pretty frustrating :-D
