go here ftp://xdaupload:[email protected]/Universal and find one folder call CHS patch and install it , you will see Simplified Chinese in your Exec but not in internet explorer , if you want to see Chiese in web that you need to flush Dopod 900 ROM and add this patch.
Is there any solution to make all programs of xda exec support chinese except change ROM?

upright now is no way to support Chiese , Wm5.0 can't be change wincl,flush CHT rom is only way now

I don't had English-Chinese dictionary in my Exec , so I can't answer to your question , but you can try and post here.

The answer is negative. I tried flash my XDA2 to wm2005 1.6c (from buzzlightyear), change fonts, Monstersip installed. I can read/type Chinese from SMS/notepad but never in Internet Explorer or Chinese dictionary YLdict.

Siukeung, so after installing the Chinese font (link provided by mwang), and then install monster sip, you can type Chinese in SMS/notepad, WORD, right ? If so that is already good enough for me right now.
Could you kindly tell me which version of monster sip do you use , where do you get it from ?
maybe I will try some English-Chinese dictionary on my Exec as well, to see if it will work. If any body already tried, please post us your details.

HELP - Why Monster SIP 4 not working on my Exec
Hi,
I installed the Chinese font provided (post in this post by mwang), then
installed monster sip 4 with two IMEs (pingyin and wuby).
However my Exec still can not input Chinese. Actually It seems nothing happened after SIP and IMEs installation. Somebody said after installtion I need to choose a PRC option in regional setting. But my machine did not show that at all in the regional setting.
Do I need do anything after installation ? So pls help this beginner.

Hi Stempit,
there's a problem with translating any program! Some you can easily translate, when they have their language file outside of the mainprogram ( *.exe) in a e.g. language.xml table. If it is so, your lucky and you can translate all expressions with ease, but that is (poorly) not very usual to program so (even its much more comfortable with translating)
otherwise the language options are compiled into the programm and nobody except the programmer knows of his sourcecode and ONLY he can modify it. This option is more usual and the only way to translate a program with a kind of this is to contact the programmer and offering him your help!

She would like to use google translator to translate words from french to russian and conversely. type text in french, no problem. but how type text in russian ? is it possible to do like on PC and change keyboard for a little moment ?
the Tattoo she has has the official Orange FR ROM.
I have seen in this post an app. can it solve her problem ?

hey! i don't own a HTC Tattoo myself, but are planning to buy
but i can quess that she can translate it from french to russian, and then just copy and paste the russian text ? (NOTE: that's just my quess)
you're right, she can do that, past it in an email or sms
but it's not her need. she uses the promt to translate some words or sentences when she is in the university, because she doesn't want to bring with her a big dictionary all the time. and she needs to translate from french to russian (no problem) and from russian to french (problem, because I haven't found the russian keyboard in the phone).
but of what I have seen, it's a good little phone, with all basic smatphone functionalities you can need and it's not very expensive !

Yes, it is possible. Just install AnySoft Keyboard and read carefully instruction for activation on their homepage (it can be reached when you start AnySoft widget after installation as well).
Works perfectly on my Tattoo.

there isn't an official package that Microsoft made for Hungarian but it might be possible to make one for file you can use my on night ravens kitchen files and use this link as a reference to help you translate link for reference

I'm using this for writing and reading Japanese. But i can't find Korean fonts working with HTC Sense/Manila.
I don't want to write Korean, but i must read it. I was searching for it but can't find.
I need something like Font_MingLiu_CHT_CHS, but with Japanese and Korean font. Without write. Only read. To read i'm using different .cab.
