as i saw it has a full description on ril.h that is provided in this site...but i cannot use it....it gives me invalid paramatrs error....
can anybody show me an example of using it?

I can't download them, I get the invalid link error.... I get that error when tring to download a file. I'll give that program a try and get back to you. I've never heard of that program before.

I have a weird problem and i need somebody to please help me asap.
The problem is when I am accessing net. Here are a few cases when i click a hyperlink and see this error
Case1: When I am in RSS info feed, after the news i see "read more online" when I click this i get an error:
" There is no application associated with "XXXX". Run the application first , then open this file from within the application
Case 2: Running windows live Search from the home page. When i search something. it gives me the same error again:
" There is no application associated with "XXXX". Run the application first , then open this file from within the application
So the problem is accessing hyperlinks from any application. When i am surfing net using internet explorer, there is no issue.
But when i try a hyperlink through some other application live live search or Info feed, it gives me this error.
Please help me guys

A real newbie here with WM devices.
I have an HTC Hermes that occasionally I see a message dialog box with the error
"Cannot decode the MMS notification".
How can I find the code that causes this?
I've searched thru the dump of as many apps and dlls as I can find, and this string is not there.
Please give some hints.

search for 3.1 is bringing "no longer supported" threads for ROMs, and Personalizer 2.0. Can you upload the cab, or provide a link with you monster search skills?

To change it without using a program, just modify
\HKLM\System\state\phone\Current Operator to the text you want to be displayed.

Thanks, but it's not working I copied the cab in the Blacktone and installed it (and not in the sd card). I also turned off and on the phone, but when I launch the program, this message appears: "File write protection of database could't remoded".
What can i do ?
