downgrading from 4.21 to 4.16

how can i downgrade from radio version 4.21 to 4.16. i tried yorch.net, but he has only has the us version. is it compatible with the european one?
Furthermore, the 4.21 seems to have compatibility problems with rom version 3.14.13 (o2 ireland). When i use there B program, the flashing stops in the middle of the process.

I have a Wallaby, with RSU 4.21 and I'm loosing lots of calls,
I have win2003se installed and my ROM version is 3.04.00 Eng
any advice?

Cant upgrade to radio 1.13

i download the upgrade apgrade mynd tried many times but it wont allow me to u magician (IMate Jam) to radio ver 1.13. Please help
