the Windows CE is the ROM part of the XDA. if your question is 'can I upgrade the ROM PPC2002 to WM2003 and keep the Radio part as is' then the answer is Yes.

Here you can get a WM2003 ROM. Normally the simple process to update via EXE-File should work without any Problem....

I have a first generation TMobile PPC (PW 10B?) that has been upgraded to the TMObile release of WM2003. I saw on the Kitchen site the it can build a WM2003 SE ROM and I was wondering if my device will support the SE ROM?

Yes you can. But the WM2003 SE has a few "problems" Read in the forum more about this.....

You can get a clean ROM on the FTP Server or cook your ROM in my kitchen http://lumpistefan.dyndns.org/ where you´re able to include the software you want.....
But since you have the 4.01.16 ROM on your device you have to flash via SD-Card. Upgrading via Exe-File is prohibited in this ROM.

I had some problems with my goold old XDA. A friend convinced me to uodate my XDA.
In the settings I read Microsoft Pocket PC Version 3.0.12039 (Build 11178)
and he upgraded it with XDA-developers software 1.2
The question is quiet simple: 'Is there a way to get back to my old XDA'
Can i format, or install old software?
Hope someone can help me
If you have a ROM backup of your old 'XDA' it's no problem.
Or you can install any ROM you want....

Yes, you can use one of those ROMs, or cook your own at http://www.romkitchen.de
The new ROM do not affect the Simlock of your device. So it will stay unlocked....

jpflaw00 if u have found a way to squeeze 64mb of os into a 32mb chip on a wallaby to run wm5 then why the hell are you not working for htc :lol: the link you give is for himalaya devices not wallabys

to unlock the CID follow the instructions in

and then choose a room you need (since you want WM6.1 for orbit) it will be not official, so you need to find a rom you want and then flash it.
