if it dont come with mms composer
then install it yourself

MSN Messenger problem... Pls help...

Hi all,
Can somebody help me about MSN Messenger?
Now it is always say proxy server is not correct.
Previously it is OK.
This is happend on 1.11 WWE, previous 1.03 WWE is OK with the proxy setting.
Did anyone get the same problem?

how to search in IE?

hi, I have wizard (MDA vario) running on WM2005. is there a way of searching for text inside a webpage in Internet Explorer, like u could do by CTRL-F on a desktop computer?

MSN Messenger on M600 Orange

MSN Messenger on M600 Orange
I've searched for info on this here but couldn't find it so sorry if this is repeated.
My XDA Mini S with O2 came preloaded with MSN Messenger and used GPRS data or WIFI to send messages (not text)
But my new Orange M600 had no messenger installed. NOT GOOD
So I had to install:
MSN Messenger for Pocket PC 2002 first
http://download.microsoft.com/download/pocketpc/Install/1/W98NT42KMeXP/EN-US/setup.exe
and then upgrade to
MSN Messenger Update for Microsoft Windows for Pocket PC 2003 - English
https://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/eula_messenger2003_1033.mspx?productid=45
And it now works with GPRS and WIFI
I hope this helps someone as I could of done with a post like this.

Hi,maybe i do a mistake,normally it's a cab file.I give you the direct link to download ( it's french link but the soft is in english,click on " télécharger Msn messenger pour spv m600 " to download ).Put the download file directly in your pda ( it's a cab file ).

i can not install any version of the windows messenger. can anyone help me?

can install, but do not working
edit: have found a windows-live version, that can be installed and its working. found here: http://www.handy-faq.de/forum/downloads.php?do=cat&id=124&sort=name&page=3 (registration needed for download). but ist without the messenger. installing any windows-messenger is possible, but no way to make it work.
i have tried IM+, can install, login to msn, but i cant write

Microsoft do not release messenger any more....shame. the ersion of live that they let you download no longer includes it to keep the network operators happy.
Somewhere round here there are various versions of the software from Beta tests that usually work fine.
However, be aware that most networks now BLOCK messenger over GPRS so there may well be nothing wrong with the program you now have installed.
Try connecting to wifi and see if it works. if it works over wifi but not over GPRS, then T-Mobile DE have blocked messenger.
T-Mobile UK have done this as well, so don't be too surprised if you can only use over wi-fi.

Other suggestion use http://www.fring.com. I am connected over this easy useable Software with MSN, Skype, ICQ and SIP. Bluetooth-Headset and Voice over IP works also perfectly.
Wir hätten dein angeblich schlechtes Englisch gar nicht bemerkt, wenn du uns nicht aufmerksam gemacht hättest.
